Business Description: I’m new to Angie’s List, but I am not new to the construction industry. I have worked in sub general contracting; I am a former member of CDOT and RTD with commercial and residential property repair experience. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. I offer premium services at a reasonable price. I prefer small projects. Home remodeling, renovations, and light construction are what I am offering. I have a variety of photos that demonstrate my work ethic.

Recent Review: This job went very well from start to finish. Because there were several different aspects of this job the timing and logistics were very important and Kirk managed to get everything scheduled and coordinated. The Job started with us. Kirk recommended different suppliers for the materials that would be needed throughout the job and when we would need to have our decisions made so there was no stress for time with the material. Once the new kitchen countertops had been fabricated the job started in earnest. Kirk came in a couple of days before to prepare for the work. He brought in his tools and set up a place to work from in our garage. The flooring in our house was protected throughout the job with meticulously placed stick on carpet protection and paper on the hard surfaces and counters. He was there when the countertops were installed by the granite folks to make sure all the details of the following work would go smoothly. The new venting for the over the stove vent hood was difficult but he was able to make it work great. There was a problem with our dishwasher leaking when it was moved for the new countertops and Kirk went above and beyond to solve the issue (gross!!) and it works better than new. Then the tile for the kitchen and bathrooms was done with perfection with no issues and it is all lovely. For grouting of all the tile Kirk uses only epoxy grout no latex. BIG DIFFERENCE. Latex is pourous (not so good if water is aroung) epoxy is non-pourous ( will last forever). We also replaced our entry door and it looks beautiful.

Reviews in Glen Haven to Install Microwave

AReed's Renovation & Repair LLC
I had one ceiling fan replaced with a new one and two light kits installed on existing ceiling fans that didn't have any.  They put together and installed two overhead storage racks in my garage and a standing pantry in the kitchen.  They repaired one of the slide outs in a lower kitchen cupboard and installed a microwave above the stove.  The next day they repaired the ceiling in my porch, where drywall had fallen.  I had to be patient with getting a date scheduled for them to come out initially, but I was pleased with their work and would hire them again. I believe I actually got two guys working the first day and one the 2nd, so I also thought the price was a great deal!

Comes in, does the job and leaves.  I cant say 1 bad thing about the man.  Super friendly and efficient. He charges 45.00 per hour.  He really considers his reputation with his jobs.

AChaz's Handy Man Service Plus
I had called our local Chamber of Commerce and received a referral. We hired this contractor and he didn't show up on the day he was supposed to. My husband finally called late in the afternoon and he said he was tied up on another job and would be at our house the next day. Long story short, he didn't show up and I called and fired him. I learned of Chaz and called him. He was at our house that night, gave us a bid, which was much less than the other person and we agreed to have Chaz do the work. He did an awesome job! He is quick, thorough and his work is beautiful. Chaz stays in touch, he is honest and sticks to his word. I have hired him to remodel our bathroom and his bid was very reasonable. I would recommend Chaz to anyone that needs handyman service.
