Recent Review: We had one of our convection ovens go out (we have a double convection wall oven). Dean came out and diagnosed the problem as the mother board, ordered it (over night at our request) came out and installed it very promptly and professionally. Had to call in today because the lower oven would not heat. Dean squeezed us in between calls, which put him behind, but came out and found a loose connection , fixed and we are back in business. Great company from the service department to the repair techs. Highly recommend them.

All the testing indicated everything was in working order.  Dean explained that this particular model -- because the bottom heating element is ensconced underneath the bottom of the oven - requires pre-heating of at least 20 if not 25 minutes --well beyond when the pre-heat beeper goes off --- to assure consistency of temperature in baking - we had not done that and that clearly is a major source of the problem. He also explained that we should be using primarily convection to assure the highs and lows of the baking cycle are smoothed out and are less because we are at 5,000 ft elevation.  He also set it so it would run 5 degrees warmer than the setting, which he recommended, to compensate for elevation. Bottom line, we got a very educational and useful $60 service call that assured us the oven is in working order and saved us from having to buy a new oven!  Can't say enough good stuff about Dean!
