H2O Drainage Systems
Recent Review: Terrill was great! After some minor miscommunications regarding timing and scheduling, Terrill provided excellent service for a very fair price. We needed some grading done outside of the home, some non-structural cement work repairs and some drain replacement work, and all of this was done by H2O Drainage. I would definitely hire this company again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for drainage solutions in the Denver Metro area. Terrill's experience and knowledge of the Colorado soil and drainage systems saved us money and gave us confidence that the job was done right.

ALL CLEAN RESTORATION SERVICES
Recent Review: All Clean came in at 1/3 the cost of competitive bids. This actually made me a little nervous. How could they do as good of a job? I am very satisfied with the solution that they came up with. No extra frills, just solve the problem.

Remcon Cleaning and Restoration
Recent Review: We had water seeping into our basement after all of the heavy rains we've had In Denver lately, and wanted to resolve it before installing new flooring. I called several places but they were either booked out months in advance for free estimates or didn't return my call. Larry called me the following morning after I left him a message and he was a wealth of information. He was very professional, and didn't charge a dime for the great advice he provided. He explained that 9.5/10 homes he's seen recently have the same issue with water in their basement (not foundation problems - which is what we thought initially) and there are several things we can do ourselves to prevent it in the future. I'm sure he's had a ton of the same issues come up recently with our record rainfall and it's great he's willing to share his experience/knowledge free of charge. He mainly advised us to make sure our gutters were cleaned all the time, make sure we had 5-6' gutter extensions on every single downspout, ditch our underground gutter (which is just putting more water into the already saturated ground), make sure our landscaping slopes away from the house, and possibly replace our old gutters (4" gutters are typical on older homes - ours was built in 1969, but standard today are 6-7" gutters to help prevent the heavy rain from just rolling out of the gutter falling directly at our foundation, thus leading to more water in the basement). He also provided us a referral for a hydro-caulking professional as we did notice a few cracks in our wall behind the drywall. In the future, I would definitely use RemCon!

Professional Restoration
Recent Review: Professional Restoration was wonderful. They were going to do the job from beginning to end but it was not covered by my insurance so they came in and cleaned up and did lot testing. That’s where I told them, at that point if I could afford them again I would remain. They were very cooperative and they understood completely. They worked with me because at that point I found out that I did not have any insurance coverage I don’t know what the cost will be. They already started the cleaning process. They told me how much it was going to be, left the heaters that were removing the moistures for the next couple days and came pick them up later. They were very professional.

Park Range Construction, Inc.
Recent Review: Our involvement with Park Range was a nearly 10 week process from the initial call to completion of the work. Pros: One of the few companies I could find after THOROUGH research that did both major landscaping (changed slope of driveway and grade around house) and foundation work ( excavated to 6-8 and waterproofed exterior). Employees who worked hard and listened to what we wanted Cons: Communication issues - probably pretty typical but as a person going through a project this big for this first time, there were points that I was extremely frustrated. The two main issues were lack of responsiveness (only at times, at other times they were quick to respond) and lack of clear responses at times. To note: our project was big, and cost $30k. We could've bid the job out to a bunch of different, way cheaper people for probably $15k. However, we thought it was worth it to have one expert level company do all the work and this ended up being true for us. It was worth it.

RS Construction Co
Recent Review: They did a very good job.  They were very neat and clean.  They can do many different tasks well.  The contractor has good workmen for all sorts of different types of jobs.  They also did some caulking and waterproofing around windows and brick for us.  He wanted to do our kitchen, but we had already hired a different contractor for that.

Maybe this company is good at waterproofing basements, but I'll never know. I contacted the company through Angies list and via phone and was told the soonest they could start work would be next spring and if I wanted a quote it would take at least a month to get someone out. After leaving a voice-message stating I still wanted someone to come and give a quote, I received a text message from someone in the office saying it was schedule for Sat November 7th. Thankfully I was available then, but having someone text you when the appointment would be without any discussion/approval was odd and off-putting. After waiting the month, the appointment time finally arrives and NO ONE calls or shows up. The company is clearly busy with work now to the point where they are willing to blow off potential clients.

FMHS of Denver, LLC.
Josh was hired to do waterproofing on our newly purchased home. He requested a wire transfer, which should have been a warning. Once we paid the money, he did some quick repairs. Within a week, the concrete had broken and leaks in basement had not been repaired. I’m not sure what work he actually did since we left him unsupervised, unfortunately. We phoned him, left messages, and emailed him, but the money had been paid in full and he was unreachable.

We had a problem with seepage in our basement due to an old CMU block foundation, downspouts too close to our foundation and window wells that had not been dug deep enough. I called a couple of companies for estimates. I ultimately hired Mike Keller and his team because of his thorough estimate and willingness to stop by every time I had a question with the estimated project prior to beginning. The company was diligent in hand-digging out three sides of my foundation (front porch couldn't be disturbed), cementing over the deteriorated CMU block and mortar joints, waterproofing the exterior with a sealant and vapor barrier, thereby eliminating seepage issues. The workers were polite and respectful and answered any questions I had. They also took care to dig window wells deeper and install pop-up emitters and redirect our downspouts away from the house. The company provides a 20 year warranty on their work as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others! Their bid was fair and Mike was honest about the minimum work needed to waterproof our finished basement. Thank you to his team!

BRod Martin's Complete Basement Systems
Darin, the sales rep for Rod Martin's is great! The crew that actually works for Rod Martin's was great! They plaid plastic down on the carpet stairs and hung plastic sheets from the floor joice to reduce the amount of dust. The company that they contracted out to do the Egress window was aweful. Tracked mud on the carpets. Didn't show up on the day they were supposed to start. Only worked 4 hrs the first day they were there. When the window installer showed up, he didn't know that the window was cut out of the foundation yet. It was a disaster. So my recommendation is to definitely use Rod Martin's for your foundation needs. But find someone else to contract your egress window, unless Rod Martin's uses a different company that showed up to our house.
