Recent Review: It's a family owned business.  He is one of those old timers that I just like have him come in over.  He is very serviceable.  He is very soft spoken.  He is just a good guy.

Recent Review: The job was big, and it was done completely in 3 days.   Staff was professional and timely.  I was able to make arrangements in advance from out of state and they were able to finish the entire task in the limited time Iwas in Salt Lake.  I am extremely pleased.

Recent Review: It went great, they were very professional and responsive to some concerns we had about the project. Tim Glasco was our contact person and he is a true professional.

Recent Review: The first appointment was prompt and went well.  We communicated via email to eventually finalize the landscaping project and arrive at a price. The work was done in a very professional and detailed manner. I was consulted during the entire process to make sure we achieved the look I wanted. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and highly recommned this landscaper.

Recent Review: It went as well as we could have expected. Jared and Chris came every day and worked this job until complete. Our wall will now provide a level surface for our concrete deck behind our garage. Beyond the wall there is a slope of about 35 degrees, and our wall will reduce the erosion a great deal. Payne Landscape did a great job.

Recent Review: He met us several times and was always professional. Rod took care of everything and always gave us the heads up on progress along with pictures. He handled the permitting process on our behalf and installed a fence post gate with a rock retaining wall from rocks on the land. See picture! Above and Beyond! We are already planning our next project with Rod. This is the guy you want doing your excavation project.

Recent Review: There were two young guys who came to our house and worked with us on an estimate and a site plan.  We paid them in full and even gave them a few extra dollars for having to relocate some of the rocks they had placed. They committed, in writing, to a warranty of one year on the plants.  If they died, they would replace them with free labor and only for the cost of the plants.  In 5/10, we contacted them to say we lost plants.  They said they were on a big job in Nebraska and would contact us when they returned.  They never did and winter came again. We called them again in 5/11 and they said they were no longer in business and were going to school now.  They said that we should be proud that we helped a couple of young people get their business off the ground.  We asked for resolution and were willing to accept just the cost of the plants.  They refused and never responded back to us again.  Not only did we lose plants, but we also lost an aspen tree. I said I would be even more proud to recommend them if they had good business ethics. They never responded.

The job went as near to perfect as we could imagine.  They had given us a two-week time to complete the job, and even though there was one day that snow prevented work, they still managed to keep within the two-week estimate, mostly because they were on the job every day, and stayed at the job until it was completed.  I can't imagine finding another landscape company that could or would have done a better job.  I would recommend them 100% for this type of work.
