It was alright. When I called and scheduled the appointment, I told them what I needed but the secretary did not communicate with the installer. They were installing a high power electric charger for an electric vehicle. They didn't provide the proper maximum wattage. They discussed it with my spouse who was unaware of the requirements but they didn't discuss the plan with the primary customer, they just made the decision themselves. My electric car now charges slower than what it could. I did contact them about it but due to work schedule and vacations I couldn't schedule a follow-up. If they could try to come out and see if they can up the wattage, that would be great!
