Terry McDaniels Handyman
Recent Review: It was very good.  Terry came the next day I called and did an estimate and came back to do the work within that month, so he was prompt.  His estimate was one third of another estimate I received.  He did very good quality work and he is very honest.  He had a couple of suggestions and he kept right up with his word.  He did little bit of additional work on the wheel chair ramp that we hadn’t planned on and he figured out a way to save money there.  He was actually five minutes early.

Recent Review: They quoted a little over $800, which was slightly more expensive than the company I went with.  I think they didn’t do that careful a job of measuring the door or the ramp.  So there were more possibilities of them running into problems that they hadn’t anticipated.

Recent Review: I will definitely recommend them, but they are a little pricy; infact the material is expensive.  They were good with responsiveness and call back, to check if I was letting them to do the work.  Punctuality was good and they were very professional.  I will use them in the future, again.

Handyman Matters Centennial
Recent Review: The estimate was very high. Their estimate was $2500. He was very professional. He surely would have done an excellent job. He might have done it even in a higher standard than who I did hire but it was just a little too expensive. He was also able to give me some information that I was able to use with other quotes. It was very much a useful quote.

Preferred Home Repair and Construction, LLC
Recent Review: I cannot imagine how this could have gone any better. I was in California for most of this Colorado construction. We made changes by telephone or email; daily communication was the norm. Billing was efficient and understandable. Rodney's attention to detail, personal expertise, and knowledge of all the trades are truly remarkable. He and his staff are equally dependable, friendly, and super-competent. I would not consider using another contractor.

Miller Remodeling
Award 2018Super Service Award
Recent Review: The bath is now wheelchair accessible.  Major change was to remove old vanity and cabinetry and replace with ADA basin.  Task also included drywall work and wall and floor tile installation.  Work was professional, economical, and timely.  The best recommendation is when repeat services are requested.  In the past several years, Miller Remodeling completely remodeled out kitchen into one-of-a-kind.  Subsequently, the master bath was completely remodeled.  In between, there have been plumbing, electrical, and other services.  In short, if Miller Remodeling wasn't professional and satisfactory in all aspects, I would not keep calling them to handle my remodeling.
