Recent Review: They did an overall good job. My only issue was that the owner said he would do all the work himself but needed up using a sub contractor that made a measuring mistake. We had a small delay and the work was corrected. The owner leveled with us on everything else, which was good. He did not try to overcharge me at all.

Recent Review: I had Jim do my kitchen a year ago. We had talked about getting some of the outdoor work done when my budget allowed. I called Jim and we were able to do a lot of the work by email and without having to take valuable time from work. Jim got right on things on the schedule he gave me. We ran into a bit of weather and adjustments because that's what happens when you work on a 26 year old house. Jim did a new porch for me, had to tear off the old one and reconstruct a new one in the same footprint, put on a new stone countertop in my bathroom and remodel the shower stall with some plumbing and reconstruct the pergola on the back side of the house. We had some electrical issues that needed to be resolved as well. Everything was done on time with quality and as usual, Jim threw in a few extra touches to make the project worthwhile and enjoyable. Thanks Jim hope to have you back to work on the painting and the siding issues on the house this spring!

Reviews in Briggsdale for Countertop Installation

FWeaver Stone Co
The counter top displays are unorganized and they are not sure as to what they have in inventory. We were pushed to go with them due to time constraints on our project. I had serious doubts about the company before they started cutting the stone. I should have went with my gut on this one. The final product that they installed was not satisfactory. As a result, my husband and I met with the owner of the company at the location of the construction site. The owner was very defensive and said that the work met "industry standards". We demanded more clarification on these "industry standards". In the end, the owner of the company said to my husband "You are a big condescending bully", and stomped out of the house. Save yourself a big headache and go elsewhere.
