They were excellent. They responded immediately and they did exactly what they said they would do. They seem to be very honest and helpful. They took care of any issues. There was no charge. Whenever there is an issue, they just come and take care of it. They are always early. I would recommend them to anybody.

I asked jason weeks of countryside appliance repair to give me a estimation on what it would cost to convert a commercial stove over from natural gas to propane he looked at the stove then pulled out a wrench to adjust the gas valve which he was never asked to do then when he was done he charged $75 for giving an estimation he never was asked to preform any other work to the stove he also stated the he would have to charge for him doing research on the computer for parts needed to do the job when he came by the restaurant to collect his money he gave the owner a very bad attitude then lied about what he was asked to do the later said he was asked to give a estimate on the job for which he charged $75 for

It is not fixed. He did not even try to see if it was anything other than the burner. Like perhaps the thermostat going bad. But the ultimate happened. Turkey in the oven the stove runs for an hour or so and the temperature starts to drop.

I have spend several days last week calling Action Appliance. The owner and manager is very well protected! You cannot get ahold of them or even leave them a message and the dispatchers do not have the authority to make financial decisions like credits without the owners approval. At this point I am out $408 and do not have stove that works. I am a property manager and will have to report to the owner I work for that I got screwed on this deal because I am at a loss as to how to proceed from here. I have had to submit documentation to Visa to get the charges reversed but I believe that can take up to 60 days. All I feel I can do now is warn the rest of the state to beware of their unprofessional practices. I have been a property manager for 30 years and NEVER in my life have I been treated so poorly by a service company!!

Every time Bob's been out I"ve been satisfied. Sometimes disappointed when a unit was terminal but getting a used unit at a fraction of the cost of new always mitigates the feeling. I currently have in addtion to my own house, two rentals and have had as many as four at one time. Bob has worked in all of them and I'd not go to anyone else.
