Met Nicho recently when moving into my 1961-built house. I got three quotes to remove my popcorn ceiling. While Nicho gave me the lowest quote, he was also the most experienced, and he and his two workers did a fantastic job, completing the work over three days. I was very pleased, so I called him back to repair holes in the drywall made by an electrician, paint the garage interior, and to sand down and refinish some built-in wood cabinets to match mahogany bedroom furniture. He did a great job on that too, so I called him back a third time to drywall over some old phone outlets, install wood panels behind drywall in the closet so hooks could be installed, remove a set of blinds and install a curtain rod, to plane down the upper edge of a door so that it would open and close properly, re-caulk the bathroom vanity and to replace and grout broken kitchen ceramic tiles. He did a good job on all that, too, so I'm bringing him back in next week for another list of jobs. As a drywall / paint guy, and overall handyman, Nicho is a great resource. He had some ideas or solutions to problems that I would not have come up with myself. He's personable, genuinely enjoys the work, and is very reasonable price-wise.
