THEY DID A PERFECT JOB ON INSTALLING MY MISTER. WITH A WATER MISTER AROUND MY POOL IT MAKES IT BETTER WHEN YOUR TANNING BECAUSE IT DOESN'T ALLOW YOUR SKIN TO DRY, IT KEEPS YOUR SKIN MOIST. THEY DID A GRRRRREAT JOB AND I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Jim came on time.  Installed our misters and went out to get parts to complete the job.  We are very satisfied with his work.  He was very pleasant and did a excellent job.

The work was performed promptly and efficiently. We had Modern install our misting system earlier this year and were very please with the workmanship and the price. Our installation was slightly more involved since we wanted the pump put away from the patio on the side of the house and then a switch installed. The work was completed in less that 1 day, and after having it for 9 months we consider it to be one of our best purchases we've ever made.

Made an appointment to have our patio misting system serviced. It came with the house we bought and had never been cleaned or updated since we've been here. Some of the misting heads were calcified and not working properly. Scheduled the appointment for the next week when we knew we'd be home. A few days before the appointment I got a call saying they needed to reschedule for the day before and absolutely could not do it on the original day. Not a big deal since it turned out we were in town. They give you a four hour window appointment time. Also, not a big deal but not that great either. After waiting around for three hours I finally call the office and they tell me their guy got hung up on a big project and should be there in about an hour. He finally shows up almost three hours after that. He couldn't have been nicer and he apologized for being so late. He also did a great job getting the system back up and running at peak performance. But from an initial appointment time of 11am to actually arriving at 5pm is pretty bad. There needs to be more communication between the office and repairmen in the field and the customer. I don't mind rescheduling the appointment for later in the day. But let me know. In this day and age there's no reason why someone, either the office or the repairmen can't pick up their cell phone and call to give a heads up. It's simple consideration for the customer. I would most likely use them again but would insist on being the first appointment. Waiting around all day on a repairman is a drag.

I decided I wanted to invest in a misting system so I did some on-line research on the subject.  I eventually called 2 local companies for information and an estimate.  Both companies were helpful and provided additional information and an estimate.  In the end I decided to go with Modern Misting Systems and I am very glad I did.  Ryan arrived as scheduled and on time to every visit.  Even though I did a lot of internet research I still had about 100 questions.   Ryan patiently answered every question to my satisfaction and provided great insight and advice about misting systems in general.  On installation day the installer showed up on time and did a great job.  The installer really knew his business and it showed in his professionalism and fabrication techniques.  He positioned the pump on the flat roof of my contemporary house which turned out to be a perfect position as the pump cannot be heard running at all.  He then ran stainless steel lines to my back porch-patio and on my retractable awning.  About 70' of misting line all together.  The system works flawlessly.  I am very happy with Ryan and Modern Misting System.  They are the only ones I would trust with a misting system install here in the Valley.

The work took place over 2 days and the $1,020 was for labor only. I think the materials were about $300. David soldered the control valve at the hose bib and installed about 20 heads on the tubing that he ran on 3 sides of the patio cover. He showed up when he said and kept the place clean.

Billy showed up on time. He was easy to talk to and deal with. I liked when he came to install he wasn't happy with the pump he had and replaced it with a better one, with no charge to me. I liked how Billy also came out twice to do some small repairs at no charge, until the system was set up just right.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF THE PURCHASE AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLY REPELLENT WAS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KIND, AND THE PRODUCT WORKS VERY WELL.

They work the way they are supposed to. They are efficient and clean. They do a decent job, mostly preventive maintenance.

The service went very well. Lance is very professional and explains everything in detail. For someone like me with zero information on insects he is very informative. He checkes every single corner of the house to make sure we have the best treatments. He has checked our house 4 times for one issue in less than a month and each time he was so patient with the situation. The customer service is excellent, great people. Pricing not cheap at all but I assume for the service they are providing is fair!
