Recent Review: He told me he does not charge for his estimates. He came out. He looked at the wall that meets the ceiling in my master bedroom, as it was buckling. He went up on the roof and he couldn't find any indication that there was a leak. He then went up in the attic and looked as best he could as he thought that the water may have possibly gotten in that way, as our heating and air conditioning systems are up on the roof. He didn't find anything there either. He came back down, went into the master bedroom, and looked at the wall more carefully; he squished it to see if any water came out. It turns out, the builders of the house didn't do a good job coating the drywall in this area, and that's what was causing the buckling. I didn't have a leak in my roof at all. I showed him some other things throughout the house that would eventually need done too. I have a back door that is coming off its hinge and he said what I need is longer nails. He took out the old ones and put in the new ones he had in his truck and now the door opens and closes perfectly and I no longer need to fight with it. He gave me his business cards and said I could give him a call whenever I'm ready to do my projects, and he didn't charge me for the nails he used to fix the door. I will be calling him again in the future.
