Larson Bros Painting
Recent Review: We had a very good experience working with this team from Jesse coming for a bid to John oversee the job. Alex, Cesar and James were a joy to work with and arrived when they said and there work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for some painting work.

Drew Arigoni Handyman & Carpentry Services
Recent Review: Drew came with a second person and between the three of us we brought the house back to life after a bad tenant.  Drew had a get it done attitude about getting the job done.  Between Drew and his fellow handy man Scott we got the job done in the 7 days I was there.  He also had referred me to quality people when it came to cleaning the house and the door shop.  I would recommend Drew for any job around the house.

LEE'S PAINTING CO
Recent Review: Lee was on time to view the property and give me an estimate for two projects: painting the interior of the garage, which was dry-walled but had never been painted, and painting kitchen cabinets. I obtained one other estimate for the cabinets, and it was slightly more than twice the amount that Lee estimated for me. The day his team came to paint the garage, I was out of town, but my real estate agent, who had recommended Lee's Painting Company, was there to let him in. Unfortunately, the prior homeowners had left a tremendous amount of garbage and debris in the garage; Lee's team was patient while this issue was dealt with. The garage looks great-nice, clean white paint. As agreed (and disclosed up-front), Lee did not have his team patch the nail holes; this helped me keep the cost lower. The job was started and completed on time. Lee uses Kelly Moore paints. I am also hiring Lee's Painting Company to prime and paint my ugly 20-year-old kitchen cabinets later this week; I have every reason to believe the cabinets will look great when the job is done. At no additional charge, he has agreed to switch out the hinges (ugly old bronze-ish) for new ones which I have supplied (clean brushed nickel look). He also is providing a 2-year warranty against peeling.

Recent Review: We had been planning this project for several years.   Once we decided to move forward, we contacted a number of contractors for estimates.  We met with Lou to go over the project, and appreciated his ability to offer solutions to some of the obstacles to our project and to answer all of our questions. Jann, the business manager, also met with us to offer design ideas and to review the contract and answer our questions.  We provided her with the product information we had researched for our project and she ordered the cabinets, countertop, backsplash tiles, range hood, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal, and windows. Throughout the project Lou and Jann were mindful of our budget and helped keep us on track. Any changes from the original scope of the project were handled by work orders. We were impressed that both Lou and his helper were on time every day, took a short lunch break and got right back to work.   When necessary, Lou worked over the weekend (the backsplash installation required 3 days for the grout to set and dry). When the counter and floor were being installed, Lou checked in with the installers, and then worked at another jobsite, being available by phone if needed.  He then inspected the work when it was completed. Before starting work each morning, Lou checked in with us and addressed any questions/concerns we had.  If we were not satisfied with something, he re-did it to our satisfaction (for example, the paint that was initially used on the trim needed to be changed to semi-gloss) Lou made sure that the project stayed on schedule so that the floors and counters could be installed on schedule. As long time do-it-yourselfers, we were a little nervous hiring someone we did not know to be in our home every day for the duration of the project.  We found Lou is trustworthy with good people skills. He handled everything concerning the project thereby minimizing our worries and concerns. He was the perfect contractor for us. Lou is knowledgeable, skilled and focused.  He is detail oriented and addressed all our concerns with his great attitude.  During the time he worked for us we developed a good relationship and plan other projects in the future.
