ADAVE BAUMANN CONCRETE WORKS
Dave & his crew did an outstanding job, even when they were confronted with a massive black widow spider infestation. They cleared the spiders themselves & finished the job.

AJoseph Lutz Construction
Joe Lutz Construction is an outstanding, professional, licensed, contractor who serves the Senora and surrounding Foot Hills area. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. He has a high level of quality, integrity, and genuine sincerity. He is extremely customer orientated and I would recommend him to everyone.

ADENNIS NESS CONSTRUCTION
I was very lucky to be referred to Dennis Ness as a licensed contractor. I had many bad experiences with previous contractors. He remodeled one house for me which sold at top dollar in 2007 and remodeled a second house I bought in 2017. He tiled and remodeled both bathrooms which needed updating. Dennis also tore out the carpeting and put in cherry wood flooring throughout the entire house, which completely changed and renewed the house appearance. The deck was completely falling apart and he suggested a poured concrete patio with new roofing and skylights. This patio gave me an outside area to eat and entertain company winter or summer. The most recent work he did was to paint the interior and exterior of the entire house with much more cheerful colors and replace all the old windows and sliding glass doors with energy efficient glass. What I have liked about Dennis Ness is he will take the time to discuss personal ideas, colors and lasting construction materials. He is a very fast, honest, money conscientious, and hardworking man.

AAlpha Structural, Inc.
Excellent service from beginning to end. The office staff was friendly, polite and professional. Both my mother and I were very impressed with Charlie Rosenkranz. He came to the property to give us a free estimate. He took his time in answering all of our questions and concerns. He was courteous, competent and professional. The foundation repair and underpinning took two weeks to complete. The work crew was extremely professional, and the cleanliness of the work site was wonderful. We were impressed with the quality of work completed in the inside and outside of the house. We would definitely recommend Alpha to others, and we would definitely use the company again.

AOscar's concrete
I obtained 3 bids for this job, oscar came back over $1000 less than the competition.  *I should mention that Eaton Concrete did not even call me back!  As requested, Oscar gave me different options (as I wasn't sure of my direction) for the wall with cost estimates for each.  When it came to getting the job done, his schedule was extremely flexible (a dr.s visit came up first time around) and was willing to work with things we had going on.   He works with his nephew Alejandro, and are both very knowledgable.  Alejandro did the majority of the dirt work on their john deere midsize tractor.  Alex listened to my concerns regarding the dirt moving, and followed directions well.  Overall the project took 15 hours from start to finish.  They laid the first course of block straight as an arrow in a very small footing of concrete (for strength).  Then every course after that seemed like a breeze.  Oscar even did a 90* turn at the end of the wall that I hadn't foreseen.  It added a nice finishing touch to the wall, instead of just ending, and falling off.  They worked with no breaks except for lunch.  I was extremely impressed with the efficiency in how they worked.    Overall, I couldn't be happier with the end result of the wall.  I want to thank Oscar and Alejandro for the great job.  I WILL be calling them to come back and pour concrete slabs in my backyard (save my time not having to collect bids!). I rated Oscars punctuality a "B" because he did show up a little late for our appointments (but not on the day of Work).  This is a small price to pay for saving $1000+ on a project!   Hire Oscar and Alejandro with a sense of relief knowing you are saving A LOT of $$$$ and getting just as good a result!

AAlways Quality Concrete
Luke contacted us two days before the they planned to start the job and he and his company arrived on time the first day of the job.  They began by clearing the workspace around the pool deck which involved moving mulch and protecting shrubs, drip system lines, the pool coping and the pool cover.  They broke up the existing concrete, removed the rubble, and compacted the existing soil base.  They placed several inches of road base on top of the compacted soil and compacted it until they had a firm foundation for the new slab.  In the process of breaking up and removing the existing concrete, they managed to save the existing decorative aluminum drain channel which they reused in the replacement slab.  This speaks highly of the care they used in removing the existing concrete.  After compacting the road base, they formed the sides, set the drain channel, and set the re-bar for the new slab (including epoxying the rebar into the existing slab).  Because the release agent color was a special order, we experienced a short delay followed by a weather and a holiday delay.  However, once they started pouring concrete, the job went smoothly and they finished the slab, including the coloring and stamping, the next day.  They returned the following day to pressure wash the excess release agent off of the slab and remove the forms.  After finishing the basic task, including removing their work debris from the site, they moved the mulch back into place, smoothed out the dirt around the area, and left the area in better shape than when they arrived.  The new section of pool deck is beautiful however, as we expected, the color is somewhat darker than the existing deck (which faded extensively due to sun bleaching).  We are examining options to darken the existing deck area. Luke and company were very easy to work with, very professional, and always courteous.  In our effort to obtain multiple quotes, we delayed several times and had several changes in the work request however, Luke was always easy to work with and courteous.  His professionalism is excellent as is the care he used in protecting the surroundings. I highly recommend Always Quality Concrete to anyone needing concrete work, especially when it needs extra care to protect the surroundings.  In the Navy, we would say Bravo Zulu Luke!!

Recent Review: They were on time and thorough. It was a complicated project that was worth $25,000. I live on a hillside. They built a drainage trench around my house and ran pipes underground. There were a lot of people here to do the work. They had to pour concrete and do a lot of digging. They dug up a lot of dirt that came when it rained. They later put it all back, and I was satisfied with the work. I used them based on a recommendation by a friend who does soil testing and so forth. The work took four days to finish. My experience with them was excellent.
