Recent Review: Tom and his crew were top notch! They showed when they said they would, completed the work on time, cleaned up after themselves and Tom (owner) called a few weeks later to see if we were happy with their work! Imagine that, Customer Service isn't dead after all! Our reworked system after a two month evaluation is more efficient, runs less, does a better job of cooling and is saving us money on our power bill vs. the last few years. I cannot stress enough how courteous and professional the entire Ace Air crew is and would highly recommend them to anyone who has need for HVAC service.

Recent Review: I only got two estimates and both companies gave two different prices and two different opinions each thought they were right.  I should have gotten a third opinion and also got references and checked with the better business bureau.  Although I have checked with them before and not all companies that do bad business are reported so it doesn't always make a difference.  I should have turned him in for leaving my untit in a hazardous condition and not be taken in by his good ol boy this will be fine attitude until you can get a new one.  I didn't need a new one, I just needed this one fixed properly and not have him do a half a** job!!!  It still baffles me to this day how someone is called in to fix a air conditioner and ends up breaking your heater and thinks he is not responsible.  It seemed to me that he knew he messed up , also if you see that a repairman leaves spare parts laying around, TAKE PICTURES because their game is to deny, deny, deny!!!  Also make sure he puts everything in writing ate , I don't normally do business with anyone who doesn't put their estimate in writing or be willing to give me a parts list or return my old parts.  Why for the precise reason that you have no guarantee that they did what they said they did.  This man ran a scam on me by making me think he was doing me some random act of kindness, he was going to rebuild a motor and the unit would be good as new when in fact he actually lost some of my original parts and now it doesn't work at all.  It falls in the catagory of if it sounds to good to be true it is!!  At the end of the day he was rude, unprofessional and unethecial.
