Recent Review: Punctual each time he indicated he would be at the house for the estimate and the work.  provided a schedule that he adhered to.  Provide numerous options to me during the intial phase of providing an estimate.  Gave me ideas as to which fan to purchase, and which one would likely produce the best results I was looking for.  kept the area clear and clean.  Completed the work in the time promised.   very thorough and helpful.

Recent Review: Very well. There was nothing wrong, really. A GCI circuit had tripped - the GCI tripped circuit was on another floor.

Recent Review: The scheduling was a bit confused but once it was completed everything went smoothly. The installer arrived on time, did his work, cleaned up nicely and was in his way. I know the fans work because I heard them operating when the installer tested them but since they will operate only when tempareatures reach 110 in the attic I don't really know about the quality of the installation or the fans themselves.

It all went really well.  They arrived on time, explained what they would do, took out the rusty exhaust fan, and did some extensive work in the attic to make the new exhaust fan fit and operate.  They really were efficient and had the job done in exactly two hours.  I would happily use them again in the future.  In fact, we plan to have them out to install some ceiling fans later this year.

Watch out - 3 "F"s, a "D", and a "C" in the last 9 reports. He missed our first appointment - a no show. When I contacted him (no call from him), he scheduled a second, and promised 10% off as an offering for no show. He then called and rescheduled to a third time. Eventually, the work was done, but when I asked for the 10% senior discount in addition to the "sorry I didn't show up" 10%, he said they weren't combinable, which means that one of the 10%s was false advertising. Left dirty hand-prints on ceiling.

The crew was punctual, clean, quiet, professional and fast.  Everything they said they would do they did.  One fan did not work as advertised and they promptly replaced it.

AArrow Electric
From initial contact to job completion, Arrow was professional. Matt, the owner, wrote up a quote on the spot. He made helpful suggstions yet listened to my input. There was no hard sell, and his quote was reasonable. His office kept up timely communication before the designated work date. Matt and co-worker Paul arrived on time. Their work was thorough and tidy, plus they put up with my very curious Labrador. They took extra time to survey the electrical "landscape" for anything that seemed questionable, but were reassuring in that respect. I had expected an amount of damage or debris from cutting into walls; there was, incredibly, none. As I said, they were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call Arrow in the future with no reservations.
