Recent Review: He was honest enough to tell us he'd have to subcontract and that we could save money and hassle by calling a glass store.  We will certainly use him in the future, and recommend him word-of-mouth.

Recent Review: I've had Anthony and his crew out to a few different rental properties for several repairs. They've done electrical work, HVAC and more. They're always fairly priced (or better!) which means they are often too busy to come out. If you're lucky enough to get them when they're available, they'll do a good job for you.

David's Home Repair
Recent Review: The work David did was great. He wasn't able to finish the job. I still needed the floor repaired and replaced. He got sick, but gave me a recommendation of someone who could finish the job for me (tho' I ended up using someone else). I would definitely use him again. He was easy to communicate with and took the trouble to get back in touch with me although he had been quite ill.

Recent Review: Sean was very professional in all aspects of his work. He answered all our question and was very helpful in working with Tileco in deciding tile choices. Sean was on time everyday and the area was spotless when he left for the day. He kept us informed on the progress of the job. He went out of his way to make certain we were satisfied, for instance, he installed 2 new faucets in our bathroom sinks and various other small items. All in all, Sean made this remodel very easy and I strongly recommend using his services. Sean is a professional in every sense of the word.

Recent Review: There's not many men like Greg Reed around here and I can truly say he is a man of character and integrity . He was my 4th and last bid and I chose him. You don't need to interview anyone else, trust me. The others gave me bids that were almost double Greg's bid because they saw a woman who they 'thought' didn't know the price of this type of work. I've been around this business for a long time, so I know when someone is ripping me off. Greg gave me a very fair bid...he wasn't the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive either. I thank God for sending me Greg, who was referred to me from an acquaintance. He covered all my things with plastic, and made sure I understood what he was planning to do. He had great ideas and I took him up on a few. He works extremely hard and is a pretty serious guy, so sometimes I thought 'Hey I better get out of his way!" but I know he takes his job very seriously and I admire that. If he does a job for you, you just have to figure out how to make him laugh, because he lights up a room when he smiles. I know his company does way more major things than just a piddly bathroom like mine, but he was kind enough to fit me in and knew that if he didn't take the job, some other schmuck might try and take advantage. The next job he had was putting a 2nd story addition onto a house, so he could certainly handle my bathroom. He was consiencious and cleaned up at the end of the day. He's a real good guy and I trust him. <

This contractor dumped paint on the back lawn and killed it, and it is now $7100 to replace. Once he met with us, he was told to tell his employees never to dump paint on the lawn again or rinse his brushes there. He promised to supervise daily and did not. Following our meeting, his employee dug a large hole in our yard behind the garage and dumped paint into that hole when he thought we would not notice. In addition, he was given a granite name and number to install on the new bathroom vanity, and he installed the wrong piece, saying only that the piece we chose was too dark. We have the emails, photos, and personal meetings to verify all of this, as well as the granite sample he should have installed. He also installed a shower door that was not the one we ordered in writing to be purchased from a particular store, and he installed it wrong. His employees painted water base and semi gloss over oil-based paint in the bathroom, and this paint is now peeling off the walls. In addition, his employees painted another area and simply painted around things that were on the wall instead of removing them to paint the whole area. This horrific list of shoddy and substandard work (to say nothing of the illegal paint dumping killing the lawn) could go on, but it is enough to get the point across. Claims are filed with all appropriate agencies.
