Recent Review: The remodel on the kitchen went very smoothly. The roof patch he did  still doesn't leak we need to put a roof on the whole house and we will have High country do that next summer. The floor he did is beautiful and everyone always pays compliments. High country came in and started on the roof loren explained we had to fix that so the new kitchen would stay dry. Loren and his crew demo the old kitchen and we found allot of old dangerous wiring loren always assured me this is ok and its part of doing a remodel on a old house. The kitchen went a lot faster then i anticipated loren did recessed lighting all new plumbing cherry cabinets and granite counters high country did all the work except the granite. As soon as the kitchen was complete Hcc started on the flooring it took High country know time at all to finish laying the hardwood.

Recent Review: Terrence is a detail-oriented person, and also very prompt. He is easy to work with. We had one small problem with the tile and he willingly made some changes requested. I was amazed at all the tools he has -- even had something for cutting mortar and a cinder block that had been behind the rock facade. His price was very fair.

Recent Review: I'll start by saying that this was a pretty tough job - I knew it before I called Tom Keith. In particular, the living room fan was to be installed on a 15-foot vaulted ceiling in a location where no previous light fixture was (so no electricity already there), and with no attic access. I wasn't even sure it could be done. I've used Angie's List in the past, so trusted the reviews to be accurate and actually only called Tom Keith (because he had the most and best reviews). He was 15 minutes early for the initial evaluation and bid. He came up with a price between $900 and $1100 - which was under the number I had in mind ($1200) - so agreed to it right there and then. A week or so later he was out, with his son Brian there to help, again, on-time. The installation seemed like it was a challenge. Besides the living room fan being in gnarly, nearly unaccessible location, it turned out that the light switches in the guest bedrooms butted up against a major support beam, requiring access ports to be cut within the closet so that they could drill into the light switch cavities from the back-side. Needless to say, this was an unexpected. Fortunately, once they got everything installed, they took care of patching the holes and re-texturing - something apparently not all electricians are always willing to do. Another example of frustrating circumstances was that two of the fans I got had screws drilled so tightly on the light-kit covers that they were impossible to remove, so, a job that may have been complete-able in one day, required them to come back out a week or so later after I had replacement mechanisms sent to my house (from the manufacturer). In the end, the fans all got installed, and to my pleasant surprise, within the budget he had said, though at the higher end, $1100. I felt this was fair given all the pain-in-the-a** things that I witnessed them having to go through (there were even more that I didn't list here). I give Tom Keith an overall A-rating. The only B's I gave were for price (because I can't confirm that his price really was the best, he was the only estimate I got) and for professionalism, because throughout all the inconveniences on this job, they kept hollering for me to come see the issues they were having. After awhile I started to feel like and quot;I get it, this is a tough job... that's why I hired professional electriciansand quot;. To their defense, though, they really did have to bend over backwards to get these d*** fans installed. And their communication, timeliness, and overall work ethic were top-notch. The fans function flawlessly. I'd recommend Tom Keith to my friends, and will be calling him back out to do some recessed lighting in my kitchen within the next year or two.
