Recent Review: We discovered some deficiencies in portions of the wall including damaged or missing insulation, lack of proper attachment of wall plate in areas. The exposed slab revealed some minor cracks. It took a long time and a lot of electricity for blowers and heaters to dry out the slab so that we could have an epoxy coating applied per Flood Doctor recommendation. After the moisture content achieved the necessary level, the epoxy coating was applied. After that we had a vinyl plank flooring installed. Additional work including full repair of the walls, a concrete step, was completed and it was determined to repair portions of the ceiling. The room was completely repainted. Flood Doctor provided analysis, options for remediation, and complete flooring type and baseboard type options and colors and paint swatches and concrete step painting. The patience and persistence and quality of work were exemplary. Flood Doctor has photos. Ones we have are not jpegs so can't post. Because the claim had to go through our neighbors insurance and was caused by water damage from adjacent property, we had to bear the initial cost and then be reimbursed for only damage caused by the flooding. Additional work that we elected to do in conjunction with remediation and in consultation with Flood Doctor made the completed remediation and final rehab of the room beautiful. Highly recommend Flood Doctor!
