Initial dealings with Lamar were excellent and I wrote highly positive reviews reflecting this. More recently Lamar has ingored our texts to his cell phone, and calls to his assistant in the office requesting that Lamar contact us. Once was about a leaking facucet in our kitchen sink (eventually my untrained 19 year old had to replace the garbage disposal because we could never get Lamar to contact us). A second, lingering problem with hot and cold water lines switched by the original builder, has not been addressed. Lamar discovered/identified the problem, but despite many promises has not been back to fix the problem (ie switch the lines back to where they should be.). Disappointing, because the relationship (started in 2012 and continued very satisfactorily for 2 years), was great when he did many jobs for us, both plumbing and HVAC.....then he seemed to lose interest in us and the service and responsiveness disappeared. His last job for us was for a condensing fan motor and capacitator for our air conditioner, but today, six months later, we have the same problem again, so maybe the work wasn't as good as we thought.
