Recent Review: Very expensive. Only provider in town. Much more talking than cleaning. Heard a crash in the kitchen, laughter, but when I came in a few minutes later, they said nothing happened. I couldn't find any broken pieces but something did happen. I never hired them again.

Recent Review: I have been using Dust Busters house cleaning services for quite a few years now. The Dust Busters girls are always punctual and polite. I use their 2 hour service for my house which is enough for my 1500 sq. ft. home which is usually kept pretty clean. I always walk into my home to be pleasantly surprised by the feeling of a clean house. The girls always do exactly what I ask them to do. I am shocked by the extensive review given by crazy lady that took the time to bash Dust Busters. Whenever something may not be done right or I am not 100% happy with something all I have to do is call owner Patrick Marchant and he will immediately take care of the issue. He always encourages me to give him feedback on the work done.

Excellent. Elena and her staff showed up on time. We went over the house and what items I thought were the worst. I have been Injured for over a year now I have had 4 surgeries on my hands and elbows so the house really needed some TLC. It wasn't dirty dirty but it sure was dusty and needed some sprucing up. A staff of 3 went to work on my house they cleaned the oven and it looks like new. The fridge was cleaned. Everything was gleeming when I came back. It did not take them very long at all to do the things I haven't been able to do for 15 months now. I was extremely happy. I just walk around and look at the shiny clean house. I have hired Elena and her team to cone every 2 weeks now I was so satisfied with their work.

FModern Maids House Cleaning
Worst companies I’ve worked with, from the beginning. They started out quoting me at $150 less than what they ended up quoting me only 6 mo later. Each time they came, they’d up the price atleast by $30, even though my house was never in any worse condition. The only cluttered part of my house would be the clothes and I told them from day one, don’t mess with the clothes. I gave them a designated spot to put my clothes, and I handled them myself. So it was an average cleaning job; I am a woman, I have a lot of clothes! — again, I asked them to not worry about the clothes! Along with the price gouging, each time I paid for their services, I found that less and less was being done. The last time I used them, around a year ago, the master bathroom floor had a layer of dust and some of my hairs, indicating that that room hadn’t even been touched. Also the shower wall had soap residue and shampoo wrapper stuck to it. Never been cleaned. Windows hadn’t been touched. Every time I had them come out, I discussed and paid for a deep clean, their biggest package. One time we discussed them cleaning the fridge, which they didn’t do and instead of coming out to clean it or offer a refund, they insisted that I never said I wanted the fridge cleaned. I had texts that proved otherwise. I let them dupe me on that one. We found clothes stuffed in every nook and cranny in the top of our closets, stuffed inside blocked off Antique furniture, under beds, and here is the worst: I had been missing my birth cert, soc sec card and all my diplomas and work licenses for like 10 months and even asked them multiple times if they had any clue where they could have stuffed them, (they were in an envelope in our office!) to which they ignored. The envelope was found at the top of a spare bedroom closet after I’d spent months having all of those documents replaced. After the unclean bathroom floor, windows and shower wall incident, I just decided I’d never work with them again, as I told them about the missed areas and was ignored. A year later, I received a promo text from them advertising a move out clean. I was in the market for a move out clean! I knew I hated this company but there isn’t much else in this area unless you just hire an individual instead of a company. Or so I thought. Being Navy means sometimes being ignorant to your surroundings. I wish I had done my research and seen that there are plenty more options. I had received another promo text from Modern Maids in the past advertising carpet shampooing. Several of these advertisements, actually. So when I wrote Modern Maids back indicating that I’d like a move out clean, including a FULL CLEAN (always surprised me that I had to actually indicate the obvious to them over and over) windows, fans, appliances, blinds, carpet shampooing etc, the person on the other end, Jennifer, wrote me back and said “yes, all of that is included.” Score, right? There’s no way they can screw up a move out clean in a completely empty house especially if I’m there to assess things and ensure nothing is missed again. Not so much. The morning of this move out clean, this same phone number that had been texting me promos and confirmations and just general conversation about the house and cleaning (square footage and stuff), messaged me to say “the girls will be there at 10.” We had an 11:00 appointment. I wasn’t at the house because it was entirely empty. We were in another town in a hotel. I wrote back to say “ok, someone will be there an hour early to let you in.” I also asked that she please ensure that everything we had already discussed was going to be covered in the clean, unlike the last time I used their services, in order to avoid having to reschedule a second cleaning. I listed all the things I listed the previous week that they confirmed but this time, an hour and a half before they were supposed to show up, I was informed that they don’t offer carpet shampooing. Well wait. You quoted me a price that included carpet shampooing, just a week prior. How can that be? I am awaiting the Navy to ship me overseas in just a couple of days and I have had this appointment with this company for over a week but now I’m told that the services they offered, advertised and confirmed, are no longer available to me, putting me in quite a position to have to get things figured out last minute, literally. This isn’t even the worse part. Jennifer tells me “we should just cancel because I don’t think we can meet your expectations.” This leaves me shocked and very worried, scrambling to figure out how I can get this sorted out in only a couple of short days. Jennifer then refuses to give me the managers contact info and wildly and very randomly accuses us of being unable to pay or potentially having a home that is “too soiled” for their services. These women have been in my house multiple times and know very well that not only can we pay, but our house in the past, albeit cluttered with clothes, is ANYthing but soiled. And it’s an entirely empty house. It has never been “soiled” beyond the average dust layer and soap scum. Also, we have never had any issues paying. Have also paid them on time the high price that they’ve asked for, every single time. To make matters as worse as they could be, Jennifer began to tell me that she knew where I worked and who I work with and what I do at my job and admitted that she had been soliciting information about me from my coworkers, about what, I have no clue. This was my last straw. That is disgusting. What business could she possibly have, using a customers name and information to solicit information about them from their job?? This is scary. I asked around town after this and found that Modern Maids has quite a reputation for poor service, price gouging and just plain human indecency. Yes, shame on me for ever even thinking of doing business with them more than once. Shame. On. Me. Do not spend your money here.

ACandace's Cleaning Service Valley Springs Ca
I know Candace personally and have used her to clean my home regularly since 2007.  I have used her several times for spring cleaning and special occasion cleaning since 2002.  She is very prompt and efficient.  She cleans my home every other week and I just love coming home from work to a very clean house.  If I have something I need her to address, she does it without complaint.  I have always trusted her and her workers in my home knowing my things will be well cared for when I am not at home.  Candace is conscientious of the fact that I have a choice on who cleans my home and she is open to making sure her customers are happy.  And if they aren't, she wants to know so she can make it right and make the customer happy.  I am a super happy customer of hers and look forward to a very clean house when she leaves.
