Recent Review: We haven't seen anymore rattle snakes since they have come in. They also bait termite stations and look for activity. I haven't done anything except for the regular service for quite awhile and they send me post cards in the mail for when they will be coming out.
Recent Review: Our pest inspection revealed and area of subterranean termites that we had treated. Holes were drilled in various places both inside and outside around the perimeter of our house. The gentleman performing the task arrived on time and was very professional. If we should run into any problems in the future, we will be calling them. Luckily for us, the termites had not done any damage that needed repair. It pays to stay on top of these things.
Recent Review: The project went smoothly (but a lot a of work on my part inside the house). It is amazing how much old food and other products we were able to throw out as they were out-of-date. It gave us a great reason to defrost and clean the outside freezer and inside refrigerator/freezer. The company completed the projected on an agreed schedule. I would recommend this company for tenting a house for termites.

Recent Review: The workman who came to fix my roof was very quick: he finished in two days. A day later, another workman came by to treat the outside of my house and yard and install traps. The remaining treatment is yet to be done, but that's largely my fault because I haven't yet had the time or assistance available to move bookcases out of my family room so they can cut through the slab foundation to treat the ground beneath the family room.
Recent Review: My house had termites and when I discovered them I freaked out. I didn?t know what to do so I done my research on Angie?s List. Out of all the companies in my area I chose Clark Pest Control because they had the best reputation and best reviews. I didn?t regret choosing these guys. I was impressed with the professional manner of everyone I worked with. They inspector was professional and courteous. And to my surprise the actual workers who applied the poison were professional and courteous too. Everyone educated me about termites and the product they used to kill them. I felt I was in good hands. My house was built on a concrete slab so they drilled holes in the slab and made a trench to apply the poison. They used a product called Termidor. This poison infects the termites and they take it to their nest to kill the entire colony. They poured and pumped the poison all around my house. They guarantee no termites for one year. The manufacturer says their poison will last for five years or more. For all you green folks out there who are considering the ?Orange? treatment I say don't!!! That treatment only kills the termites but doesn't prevent them from comming back. Don't get fooled by today's fad. Do your research before you make a decision.

AHanson's Certified Termite Inspections
The house had been inspected by them a few months prior before the house went on the market. After we moved in we saw some termite activity. They came out and inspected the home, located where they were coming from and offered to do the whole side of the house at no cost. Instead I hired them to do the whole house, which they did at a discounted price. They treated all around the house, inside and out, and in the garage too. They got inside the walls and drilled in the sheet rock as well to treat. They also offered to come back in 30 days to do another free inspection. One thing that really got me with them is that I referred them to my sister in-law who said she had seen some termites and they went out there and gave her a free inspection and found no termites. They were a different bug. The company that came out prior quoted her $1000 for termite treatment. They could have told her that they found some and charged her anyways. They informed her she didn't need the treatment. I really like the way they do business. They don't take advantage of the customer.

FBOUEY PEST CONTROL
We recently removed drywall and paneling from an interior wall in our 1939 home and found Termites. We called Bouey right away and they came out the next day. At the time Dave was nice and professional giving us the run down on treatment, the work was scheduled to be complete the next day. When the worker arrived my husband showed him where the pipes were located under the cement slab as in the contract it states Bouey is not responsible for damaged pipes. Being that I work for a utility I know the damage that can be done by hitting a gas line or water pipe, so it was important for us to show the worker where they were. Assuming he took note of what we said, we thought things would be fine. Moments later our entire house shook and the worker drilled right thru a gas line. So now gas is leaking into our home, we turn our heater off and our gas main off, (fortunately we had a new shut off put in a month prior) and we evacuated. All of this took place on 12/23, so no heat or hot water two days before Christmas. The worker who hit it was very apologetic, they appeared as if they were going to fix it. They jack hammered thru the floor exposed the damage. They told us how they planned to make the repair. We asked if they minded if our plumber came to look at it, as we have a trust in him, and is VERY experienced working with natural gas. The Forman stated he didn?t mind. The plumber and the workers from Bouey had differences of opinion what a safe repair was, Bouey wanted to put a union between the two pieces of pipe once the damage was cut out as a ?fix? and the plumber wanted to replace the pipe back to the ?T? so there were no joints. Bouey opted to not fix the damage due to the cost associated with the preferred repair. Mind you, this is in the floor of our family room next to my children?s bedroom. Having two joints with potential for leaking gas is unacceptable. No gas or hot water two days before Christmas and we have a 2 and 4 year old. Our plumber was able to make the repairs, but this 585$ termite treatment is now a 1200$ project. No offer by Bouey to discount our treatment rate. No offer to pay half of our plumbing bill. No call from the owner to apologize. Nothing! I am so disappointed in their customer service. When the dollar figure is more important than the safety of your customer it is time to question your integrity.

APegasus Pest Control
they came out within a day of my call to provide a review of problem and verify if I had termites or not. Gave me a bid that was very reasonable in my opinion, took the time to answer my questions and gave me an understanding of what was going to happen later in week during scheduled appointment. Today the 2 man crew came out to treat the garage, they even hauled away two old doors that had been nailed in the garage that had active termite colonies in them. swept up after the treatments. I had the garage treated for spiders lots of black widows the day before by the same company , they took down all of the webs and sprayed for insects.

APATRIOT PEST & TERMITE CONTROL
Patriot did a great job in a timely manner. They communicate well, which is especially helpful in a fluid situation where you are trying to coordinate suppliers, tradesmen and inspectors. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for any pest control or termite treatment.

We selected another termite service company that better met our needs. This company was highly qualified, but the bid was higher than the other companies we requested bids from.

They contacted me regarding scheduling and I advised what I needed. They stated that the Big Deal I purchased did not cover tenting, which is what I needed. I cancelled the offer. I wish the advertisment would have been more clear.

BNeighborly Pest Management
The office staff and technicians who came to my home were very responsive, courteous, and professional. The man who came to my home to perform the initial inspection was very thorough. He poked around the home exterior and throughout the crawl space (i.e. "sub-area") for about 1.5 hours. He identified termites and subsequently provided me a great report including a sketch of my home and corresponding treatment plan. They recommended a spot treatment on the exterior perimeter and full treatment in the crawl space beneath my home. I questioned the spot treatment and was told it was an approach to keep the price down, and that no other exterior areas appeared to be at risk or prone to risk. I opted to go with a full perimeter treatment and they were willing to negotiate on the price to keep it competitive with other estimates I'd received. On the day of treatment a new technician and the man who gave me the original estimate arrived to apply Termidor. They dug trenches around the exterior perimeter of my home. The trenches were not deep, maybe about 3-4 inches. I noticed that they pushed the dirt back into the trenches to fill them after the Termidor product appeared to have already dried (maybe 1 hour after application). I've read that the dirt should be replaced while the trenches are still full of the Termidor product to ensure the replaced dirt soaks up the product and is also effectively treated. They didn't do that? One thing that also really surprised me was that they did not do any trenching in the crawl space. They sprayed the product in the crawl space around the interior perimeter and all supporting beams (those that rest on concrete blocks throughout the sub-area to support the house), but they did not trench anything in there. Everything I've read about Termidor states that you must trench? I asked the technician and he said he had been spraying sub areas the same way for many years with no issues. Perhaps, but this application method seems to be inconsistent with what I've read is appropriate? The technician also informed me that he had applied 90 gallons of the product; suggesting that was a lot and my home would be well protected. I read many sites that state the proper application rate is 4 gallons for every 10 linear feet. Doing the math, 90 gallons would give me only 225 linear feet which seems short for my home (2300 sqft). Nevertheless, the guys seemed to know what they were doing and were very professional. I didn't feel the need to argue my concerns. What I know only comes from a couple hours reading articles on the internet. They are the professionals. I suppose time will tell if their job was sufficient to take care of my current termite problem. They guarantee no active termites for a year.

AMACE'S TERMITE CONTROL INC
Mace’s Termite Control performed a whole house treatment for subterranean termites and repaired dry rot to exterior trim, eave lookouts, door frame, window and garage door casings. Robyn prepared a detailed estimate/report for the work they would perform after their thorough inspection of our home. They were punctual and well prepared. First task they performed was the termite treatment followed by the exterior repairs. Robyn and her crew were very professional, courteous, thorough and diligent. They kept me well informed of any findings. We worked together on options to proceed where I had used special exterior trim boards. Most cases I had spare trim boards stored. They were very conscientious in performing there work and did not rush through the tasks but carefully performed them. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing termite control. In fact, when we remove our flooring later this year for new flooring installation, I will use Mace’s Termite Control to treat the settling cracks for termites in the interior concrete slab floor.
