Recent Review: It went great. They brought fans to keep the odor from spreading around the house. They covered the area and sealed it up with plastic. They did a really good job. They were in and out in two days. They didn't leave any mess at all and they put everything back together when they were done.

Recent Review: Pete works carefully & thoughtfully. He is willing to do most any repair or maintenance job (except painting). He also suggests ways to improve or prevent problems from developing. Pete had never worked with the solar cloth fabric before but figured out a clever process for installing it. The fabric will remain secure & not be torn off by strong winds due to Pete's expertise.

Recent Review: Tony is great to work with. I have bought several rental properties in the Sacramento/Antelope/Roseville area -- and needed them turned quickly so I could get them rented. As soon as I was in contract on a house, I would get Tony in there -- do a walkthrough of the house, come up with a detailed list of what I needed done -- and as soon as I closed Tony and his crew were in there knocking out the work. Tony has a good eye for pulling things together -- he's not an interior designer -- but he's better than most contractors I have worked with. An example -- the fiberglass shower failed in one of my rentals. I called Tony -- he brought over some sample bone colored tiles with a profile, and accent glass tiles and marble floor tiles. It all worked very nicely. I work with a couple of other contractors -- Tony isn't always the cheapest -- but he's always very competitive on pricing -- and he always gets things done. I trusted him so much -- that I even flew him down to Palm Springs with me when my condo flooded down there after a toilet leak. He advocated for me with the insurance agent -- we flew back to Sacramento -- I picked out everything that I wanted and he drove down to Palm Springs with his trailer and knocked out the work. I flew down there -- created a check list -- and a month or so later, he went down again (with his wife) and finished up the check list. That's delivery. He's a good guy -- that does good work -- I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Mike arrived on time and completed the installation job in a timely and effecient manner. Reviewed the existing plumbing and assisted the homeowner in setting a fiberglass shower pan at no extra charge.

ARe-Nu Refinishing
My shower pan has looked awful for years. I tried retouching it myself but it didn't last. Kevin scraped the old layers off and then re-did the pan. He assured me that though its warranty is 5 years, it should last for 10-15 years. His price was over $100 less than Miracle Method. If it lasts as long as he says, I will be thrilled.

Kevin, the owner redid our tub/shower enclosure. Now it looks beautiful,he offered to do it in a different color, almond instead of white, and it looks sharp. At no added cost.He offered for 75.00 more to install a non skid bottom blended into the coating and it's perfect,$ well spent.Good experience start to finish,he came out about a week ago, gave us a price less than a larger outfit gave us,plus the other bid had a few possible increases that could be applied later. Not the case with Kevin his bid was solid, with no surprises. So we went with him,and we are glad we did.Recommend you do the same................................Thanks Kevin!

ARe-Nu Refinishing
I contacted this company on July 6, and the owner provided me with an estimate over the phone (which was lower than other estimates I had received) and scheduled the work for later in the week.  He arrived on time and completed the work quickly.  I was very pleased with the finished product--the tub looked like new, and the hole in the bottom was repaired and not visible.  In addition, the owner reduced the price as he indicated the hole was smaller than what I mentioned over the phone.  I was very pleased with the services I received.

AMIRACLE METHOD
Called in for service. Gave me an appointment and sent a tech out. Tech was on time and did a great job. I was the realtor that sold the home to the buyers and the issue was not covered by the seller. Worked out great and the repair was within the price range anticipated. Would use them again for other clients.

AJohn Bennett Handyman Services
I went splendidly. What I have learned is that there are different qualities to look for in a contractor. Of course, you want quality workmanship. John Bennett provided that in spades. He made my ugly, utility shower into a lovely space. Another thing that some contractors forget or don't understand is customer service. Being there when promised. Calling when there is a change in scheduling or in the cost of a service or item. Having respect for the customer's home. Having respect for the customer's budget. Listening. John is excellent in all those areas. He made the project painless. The other thing I value is having pride in their work. John and the people he has working with him take great pride. He helped me design what trim to use and how to make the finish be beautiful. I am as happy as I can possibly be. I find myself wandering into the bathroom just to look at my new shower. I can't praise C & J Handyman Service enough. I am delighted with the project and the results.

ADR Design & Remodel
Robert of Floor-to-ceiling spent more time with us up-front and helped tremendously with the selection of materials. This up-front work and his knowledge is what convinced us to use Floor-to-ceiling. The quoted cost was at the very top of our budget. The initial start date was pushed back a couple of weeks because of delays in getting the cabinetry. However, once work started, everyone was there on-time and work progressed well until the it came time to put the new tub in. The recommended tub was not the style we wanted. Robert suggested a slight change to try and convert the tub into the style we wanted and we proceeded. The end result was not at all what we wanted for the bath. Work was halted while we worked through the options. In the end, Floor-to-ceiling, removed the tub, we ordered a new tub that was the right style, the structure that holds the tub was re-done and the new tub installed. This was a lot of extra work and caused a couple weeks of delay, but the end result was what we wanted. The tile work on both the floors, around the tub, and in the shower was fantastic. There were some minor problems with the trim work and that was promptly corrected by Floor-to-ceiling. The guest bath project was much smaller and everything proceeded on-schedule without any issues. Overall, we are extremely happy with the result. It exceeded our expectations and matched the vision we had for the bathrooms. The job did take about twice as long as originally quoted.
