Nick came and looked at the ceiling and then gave an itemized estimate on what would be done to fix it. The job was scheduled within two weeks of our accepting the bid and took two weeks to complete. The new ceiling had to be framed in, wiring replaced and new fixtures installed. Then the ceiling was drywalled and plastered and a new range hood installed. The kitchen was then painted and the final lighting was installed.

Ciro was professional about every detail.  His crew was polite and skillful.  The new wall looks wonderful and now I don't have to listen to my neighbor's TV or music any more.

It went very well. To keep my carpet clean, they put down plastic from the front door to the back bedroom where the work was done. They were prompt and considerate. The work was high quality. Can't tell that any work has been done to the wall. They cleaned up when they were done. Work was done in the time frame that they gave me. 5 days.

The crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job within one day of the estimated time. Some unexpected problems that could not be foreseen resulted in additional cost and time, but those were not the fault of the contractor.

Very well, work was started on time, finished on budget and was done very well. Great communication, good materials were used throughout. Highly recommended.

I started by calling three local companies and getting them to come out for quotes and plans on how to accomplish our upgrade. Though Ben (from Ritefast) was the first to respond, I could tell from his plan that he was most likely going to be the one we went with. Not only was he accommodating to our needs, his pricing was competitive as well. He was able to start the following week, which fit perfectly with our needs. Because the server room is the heart of our business, each day it was down was effectively a day that our business could not run. As a result, Ritefast took it on as a weekend (and late night) job. We shut down the servers on Friday morning as Ritefast showed up. The AC showed up and it was bigger than either of us was expecting, but it was going to give us the cooling we needed. This required a last minute change to expand the room and reroute the entrance to the space. Ritefast adapted to the change and still go the job done. Saturday morning at 9am, they had the demo done, the new wall constructed, and roofwork begun. Sunday morning at 9am, they had all of the insulation done, soundproofing was underway. Sunday night at 10pm, I went by and there was still clearly a lot of work to be done. Things were progressing well, but there was still a lot to be done. I was concerned that we were going to lose all of Monday for work. I arrived around 8am Monday morning and they were finishing up detail work at that point, everything but a second coat of paint was done. The crew had stayed until 4 or 5am to complete the work and then came back only 3 hours later to put on finishing touches. The place was already clean and nearly 100% ready to use. AMAZING! Shortly thereafter, the paint was dry enough that I was able to reinstall our servers and have the company back on it's feet around noon. Drainage for the AC was a big concern going into the project and the original plan was to run it out the wall and down the side of the building, but RiteFast was able to run a line up to the existing AC drainage on the roof and plug into that. Seemed great. Turns out a couple of days later that the main AC units shut down and that there was some leakage from the roof. It seems like the addition of the trunk was creating some unexpected backup. We called Ritefast immediately upon noticing and they came back and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Everything has run smoothly since. Our new room is quiet, cool and dust free, and the surrounding offices are no longer plagued by noise or heat from the server room, making our space more usable and allowing me to maximize our square footage. These guys did it all, construction, soundproofing, roofing, electrical, ac, telephony, flooring, etc. Ben, was personable, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Luis and his crew were friendly, experienced, and a pleasure with which to communicate. I am very pleased and will use RiteFast again for any business or personal needs coming up.

Mr. Iselt indicated that the ceiling was in very bad shape regarding plastering and finishing, in some places being held together with tape. He warned us that changing this would be very expensive, and that it would be better to repair the broken light and install a nicer dropped ceiling. I agree with this practical and inexpensive solution. Mr. Iselt has never done the type of work required on this project, and recommended finding someone who installs dropped ceilings and repairs fluorescent lights.

Owner very pleasant and professional. I asked for estimate to repair hole in drop ceiling caused by roof leak. Quickly responded with fair estimate and quickly performed the work when given the go-ahead.

They were very efficient and thorough. They left everything clean. They coated everything in the home with plastic. It was a very messy process and I was impressed with how clean they kept everything. Their service was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

I contracted TME Construction to enhance the sound proofing for an interior wall in my condo. Tony was very knowledgeable about the way to achieve this, and had the best pricing. The workers showed up on time, the work was well done and completed in the proposed time frame meeting all of my expectations. I would not hesitate to use TME again, and highly recommend their services.
