Recent Review: Got an estimate, no problem. Waiting for good weather (which took quite a while, but I got on the list in the winter), then because of a change weather, they came on a Saturday. Great for me. Two nice workmen came on time. They filled the cracks, left for while while they dried, then came back and filled another crack they had missed. Then they applied the sealer, and the guy who does this is really experienced. Very careful and detailed, like a house painter goes right up to the edge freehand. Impressive. They were done before lunch. They put up cones to prevent anyone driving on it, and of course, a squirrel ran right through the wet sealer...when they came back the next day to remove the cones, he fixed the squirrel tracks pretty well and a track where my gate wheel had been. Piece of cake. Everything looks awesome and my neighbors are swooning over it! Great job, well done for a reasonable price. Nice owners, office staff, and crew. Recommended!

WOODWARD CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
Recent Review: They did a great job. They're very casual. They're a little slow. They're not as responsive to things but they got the job done and they did the job well. It was an ok experience and I would use them again.

Quality Asphalt Maintenance
Recent Review: James did everything on time . He said he would be there at 8:00 and was there at 8:00. he said he would be done before noon and he done before noon. They also put a new asphalt sealer coating and then came back later when it was dry to strip it . I would never use anyone else. His price was very fair and competitive.  You cannot beat Quality Asphalt Maintenance .

FIRST MOUNTAIN LANDSCAPE
Recent Review: Work was performed in a timely fashion. Cost was reasonable at first, but grew as certain items that ''weren't included'' such as concrete sealer. Be sure to research your project and itemize each task when you get the quote. If you want concrete stamps, be sure to select your pattern before approving the quote. If he doesn't have your stamp (he only has a few) it costs extra. Work seems to be of decent quality, although with a new driveway it may take time to see how well the job was done with respect to cracks, etc. There was one drainage problem that was fixed with a bit of a ''hack'' that I'm not entirely pleased with, but probably can live with. I would use them again, but would definitely research the project better and insist on a more detailed quote.

The Handyman Homeowners Trust
Recent Review: The mailboxes were installed quickly and efficiently using owner provided mailboxes and existing mailbox posts; the cost to do this was very reasonable; the second and more significant project was that of replacing parts of the my front porch which were affected by dry rot.  The Troy tore out those boards and discovered more dry rot which required a total rebuild.  He showed me why this had to be done and we agreed to expand the original job. He did what I thought was an excellent job of measuring and assessing what was needed so that I could shop for the materials in an informed manner.  There was one glitch in the staining/sealing of the wood but that was primarily because I had selected a product that he did not recommend.  He returned to refinish and re-seal the porch. The third project (driveway asphalt sealing) was done in a satisfactory manner; I experienced no issues with it. Regarding the shoring of the fence, I decided to defer this project until I could make a decision on whether to replace or to repair the fence. Troy worked tirelessly and long hours on this project; he explained everything to me so there were no surprises.  He was punctual and texted or called me when he thought he might not be able to arrive on time.  Troy took pride in his work and did everything to ensure perfection.  .
