Recent Review: Initially we asked for a bid for drywall and Andrew came out looked at the job and gave a bid. However, our schedule changed and we found that we were in need of someone to do the demo as well. Called Andrew and he gave a bid over the phone. The price was good so we accepted his bid. However, when Andrew came out he said that he forgot that the bathroom had tile and wanted to increase his bid. Now this could have been a very unpleasant/awkward situation, but he finally agreed to stick with his original price and was also very nice about it. We would not say everything went perfectly, but what job does. However, what we appreciated is that Andrew was professional and friendly through the good and the bad, (bad might be too strong a term) but basically through the minor hiccups. That is a dynamic money can't buy. The only thing I would put on my wishlist for future work, is if Andrew would start accepting some form of electronic payment, whether credit or electronic transfer, paypal etc.
