Recent Review: The El Nino threat to the Central Coast has local roofing companies crazy-busy! After getting four different bids over the course of two months, I was told that my job would have to wait until Jan or Feb. Because Andy was on Angie's list, he replied by email and we set the day/time for his inspection bid. On that day, I was late from a Dr. appointment and missed Andy. He left his card at my door so I called to reset a new date and to apologize for missing our agreed-upon time. Little did I know that he had inspected my roof already, and took photos with his iPad to show me the areas of repair needed and how it would be done. During our call, he said a date had opened-up and if I wanted him to do the job soon, he could commit his crew for late OCT! :) I was BEYOND thrilled that he offered the opening to me. Driving his professional work truck, Andy greeted me with nice handshake and an affable personality. As he and his crew of four were up on my roof together and I could hear the sounds of comraderie and teamwork throughout the entire process. Each layer of the Elastomeric was allotted ample dry time between coats so the layers would cure properly. Not only was Andy a genuinely honest and attentive owner, but he was present and on the roof the entire time. He was focused while on my job and was able to show me the completed work from his iPad photos. The price paid was exactly the price quoted. Lastly, on the days they worked, Arroyo Grande had 80 degree weather. As I write this review, our first rain of November just hit. I was Blessed indeed by Andy's Roofing. T.
