Faster Hot Water
Recent Review: After two months of Mark Franklin's empty promises (in response to phone calls and emails we initiated beginning the day after installation)  to return to solve a couple of significant problems the new pump created (e.g.., turning on the cold water would trigger the water heater due to misreading by the recirculating pump mechanism), we finally asked him to just come and remove it.  We needed to solve the original concern (i.e. less wasted water) as well as the ones he created.  We told him he could keep the labor charges we had paid him, but that we expected at least a partial refund for the pump we wanted him to take back. He told us to just hire a plumber to come and do that and instructed me at the end of that conversation to "F*** off."  We ended up having to hire a plumber to remove the FasterHotWater/ WaterQuick pump, then paid again to have a more conventionally-situated recirculating pump installed.  That company has provided excellent service.   Mr. Franklin was always just "too busy" to deal with any after-installation issues and was totally unresponsive to our concerns.  The plumber who installed the replacement pump had never seen a set-up like FasterHotWater promotes, which is installed at a completely different location from the norm.

DPACIFIC WATERSCAPES
Steve was timely and impressive on the phone. He asked for info ahead of time to save us time and money. However, he apparently didn't take the info down correctly, because he still wound up having to get a pump. He failed to diagnose the front fountain problem and said he thought we might have an underground wiring problem. And he couldn't do anything with the rear fountain. He was a disappointment.
