The electrician was timely, courtesy, experienced.  He removed his shoes & put on booties so he would not track dirt in the house.Once he entered the house, he examined the problem outlet  & then wrote up an estimate for me.  I approved the estimate, he had the necessary parts for repair in his truck & he fixed the problem. I was very pleased with his work!  I will call the company again.

Rey gave us a free estimate for the project. He made a suggestion to the way we had thought the work should be done. This suggestion, albeit , costing us more in the short run will serve us better in the long run. We chose to dig the trench ourselves which was ok with Rey. He promised to send us a written estimate which was detailed but concise and was delivered with two days via email. We accepted the terms.  On the day  of the project Rey performed the work in a timely manner and as promised in his estimate. The overall work was excellent and we are very satisfied with the results. We highly recommend 3 R Electrical. So much so that we had him look at our electrical gate. We outlined the  the issues with the gate and he offered to look at the  gate and to give us a free estimate. While inspecting the gate, he discovered the problem and said he could do the repairs, gave us a price and we accepted.  Because winter is coming soon it was a huge relief that he was able to fix the gate so that we don't have to open the gate manually. Sometimes a consumer lucks out and gets exactly what he or she wants and then some. This is the case with 3 R Electrical.

I am quite happy with the electrical outlet and the bathroom fan, and I would hire him back for electrical work, as I think that is his specialty. His carpentry skills aren't the greatest, but they are not bad either. The first thing I asked was for the medicine cabinet to be centered over the sink, and it is about 1 inch off. At least it is hung level, though! The other disappointment was that he reused my 28-year old hinges and door knob on the new door. Also that the door frame was not cut correctly on one side and is about 2 inches short on one side. This could have been fixed easily by cutting a small piece of the extra wood that was left in my garbage. At least the door seems to be hung properly, though, so it was not a bad job, just not the greatest for the price.

Duane did an outstanding job for us.  He assessed our electrical situation and advised us on what the priorities were in terms of safety and legality (building codes).  His prices were extremely fair and reasonable.  He was very conscientious of cost and he presented options to choose from regarding the timing of projects and how fancy we wanted to do things.  He arrived when he said he would and worked hard to finish within a reasonable time frame.  He was terrific with both the electrical work and the associated permits.  We felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise and we really appreciated the time he took to explain what he was doing and why.  (He would be a great teacher!)  There were a couple of minor things he needed to re-work and he responded to our calls immediately to take care of them.  It has been a year since his work was completed and we have not had a single problem with anything he did.   We found Duane to be honest and trustworthy, smart and experienced, and a very nice person to work with.  And to boot, he got along great with our dogs, goats, and other critters.  We have some additional electrical improvements we want to do and we absolutely will hire Duane for the job.

Will and his helper came and explained the pricing structure accordingly as it related to what they found and the work involved to correct the problem. He took us through each step as he discovered and ultimately corrected the problem. He explain why the burnt wires did not actually burn down the house but blew out the breaker instead. He also explained how dangerous it was because the breaker box itself was very old and needed to be updated. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable and he was very professional. He had a helper with him who was having on-the-job training and it was clear that this young man was learning a great deal with the expertise Will used to describe every detail of what he was doing. We asked Will about a couple of another thing involving electronics that we needed done. He answered those questions so that when we made an appointment for Will to come back and fix the breaker box, he will also take care of this other thing as well. We would highly recommend Clarence electronics for their professionalism and impeccable work!

John was very thorough and thoughtful about the plans we wanted. He was very detail oriented and communicated often to ensure we knew ecacty what was happening. He would explain in great detail the work and methods he was using to accomplish our remodeling goals. John always wanted to check in with us to let us know exactly where are dollars where going and why something took the amount of time it did. He was always looking to help us save a buck on supplies when possible but not at the expense of quality. His tile contractor did a great job and helped us with a great idea for our vanity counters. The counters that came with the vanity didn't fit our tight bathroom space so we purchased inexpensive custom tiles that looked even better and she made it work. His plumbing contractor, who was nice and friendly, was our only negative performance experience. He didn't say anything about the cover for the inflowing waterlines to the toilet not fitting. We discovered it after they left and had to replace it ourselves no big deal but it was a departure from the great experience we had had with John. He also left all of the trash from the installation of the toilet in our master bedroom. Again it was probably because John had been so diligent in getting all his trash cleaned and packed out that we were a little surprised that his other contractor did not practice the same customer service values. A few weeks later we have noticed a slow drip from one of the faucets into the sink and are unsure if it is the material or the installation. several months after the installation we found there had been a leak from the incoming water line to the same leaky faucet that had been leaking for a while but it was under the sink and a harder to notice. It looks like some plumbing tape should fix it. Overall It was a great experience and even the minor issues with the plumber are not enough to bring down our rating of John.

I don’t have any complaints about Max or his crew.   They are conscientious, friendly, polite and clean.  I never felt uncomfortable around any of them.  When I had concerns Max did not hesitate to explain why something was done a certain way.  If he had to change anything on the schedule he made sure I was kept informed.  His estimates are very thorough but when issues arose not on the estimate he advised me of the options available and what he thought was the best course of action.  Max’s calm and patient demeanor helped me get through a major remodel of my rental property.   I feel very fortunately that  he is my contractor and he will be doing another job for me soon.   I have learned to trust his advice and his workmanship.

Dan's work is immaculate. At the end of the day, he always cleans up his job area. I trust Dan implicitly. I frequently leave him at the house, all day long, while he works at his jobs, and I never have any problems when I get home. I never have to worry about anything being missing, when Dan is on the job. Danny works extremely hard to please his customers. This includes asking them if they're satisfied with the job, and checking with them frequently to make sure it that the job is coming out the way that the customer wants it. On a personal note, he is very likable gentleman. My 2 daughters greatly enjoy his company. And I am always surprised when I see him helping a neighbor, whether that be just rolling up a long sprinkler or taking down an elderly lady's' Christmas tree lights. He is just an amazing man. He is caring. Trustworthy. Always on time. Dependable. And by that I mean when he says he's going to do something, he does it. Period. As I said above, if you looking for a jack-of-all trades to come to your house and do a quality job, I recommend that you call Langley's Construction/Handyman Service. I can assure you that you will be pleasantly surprised.
