We just completed our working relationship with LU construction on a complete remodeling of our master suite bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet and we are very happy with the new look of this remodeling. The whole remodeling, starting with the first meeting with Jou through the planning process and the actual construction has been good. Jou understood our vision and what we are trying to achieve and he helped us to implement it while provided us with great advices and directions when we needed it. The construction process was very easy, simple and ended on time and without any additional charges. Over all, we appreciated working with the LU group and we will definitely work with them for our next project!

Super happy with my master bedroom and bathroom remodel! The whole team was extremely patient and accommodating with me.  Their design input and expertise created a beautiful tile wall, increased the size of the bathroom allowing for a significantly larger shower and addition of a sliding glass door in bedroom.  Highly recommend!

We hired Reno to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom. He seemed responsive and willing to do the job we asked and quoted a reasonable price for the work. Accordingly, we weren't expecting top quality work. His workers showed up on time and seemed to be reasonably competent so we didn't fuss over some sloppiness and minor mistakes that we noticed. The texture and paint work they did was acceptable but had many small flaws if looked at closely. They did a pretty good job on the tile work in the bathroom which seemed to be one worker's specialty as he took his time to do the job right. But here again we noticed a shortcut as he bullnosed the tile by hand instead of having it done at a shop where it would be done perfectly. A problem arose when we ordered a bathroom vanity cabinet through Reno. When it finally arrived I had to reject it due to poor quality and design and also there was an unsightlty discoloration in the wood used for the doors. We ended up ordering a new one from Home Depot (Kraftmaid) which was of much better quality but caused a long delay.  The biggest problem came with the installation of the solid hardwood flooring in the bedroom. Apparently, the worker who was good at tile doesn't know much about wood floor installation. The first batch of wood flooring he rejected because he said it was "no good." So I scrambled to get some new flooring from a different supplier. He installed this flooring but said to me, when almost finished, that it wasn't any good either. I immediately noticed some slight creaking sounds when walking on the floor. I hoped that over time the floor would settle and the noise would go away so didn't make an issue of it, besides it was already installed. As the summer went on, the creaking got worse and eventually there were some loud squeaks developing, by the fall it was really bad. I thought the flooring was bad as the worker had said so I went to the flooring company for answers. Eventually they sent out a certified flooring inspector to do an independent evaluation. His inspection found errors in the installation of the flooring. These are basic errors that a professional flooring installer wouldn't make.  So I realized the problem was with the installation and tried to contact Reno to work out a solution. He has not responded to my messages. Apparently, he does not warranty his work. It appears I am going to have to replace the flooring at my own expense which will mean thousands of dollars in work and material have been wasted. I am definitely not a happy customer.

APacific Construction & Design
We hired Josef from Pacific construction and design to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom in addition to a small remodeling of a Jack and Jill bathroom. All people in the working crew were enjoyable people to work with. They were professional, skilled and came over to the house each day and on time. We am very precise about how things need to be accurate and neat OR in other words, it is hard to meet our expectations especially in the remodeling aspect. At the end of the work, our expectations were met. Our special requirements do cost and it’s hard to find someone that can actually do it right, but overall Josef was able to achieve it in a realistic price considering the value of actual work and materials. Our 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom are gorgeous and we enjoy showing them to our family and friends. We would not hesitate to use Josef or any of his workers in the future. Great work and thank you.

AEco Friendly Remodeling
We just finished our kitchen remodeling with Mike from ECO friendly Remodeling and we are very much happy. Mikes skills and great customer service was the main thing that turned this remodeling to a stress free project and a very satisfying experience. From beginning to end, Mike was very clear with his ideas and vision after he heart us and learned what we want to do and expect. This helped him and us to work hand by hand through each decision and step in the remodeling in a very skilled and polite way. The working crew were very experienced, qualified and polite too. The devotion to details exceeded our expectations and hopes. We keep getting great feedback from our guests about the work that was done. We will hiring Mike and ECO friendly remodeling for future home improvements. Mike arrived to us by a recommendation from our friends and we will recommend them to others. Thank you Mike!

ALOS ALTOS REMODELING
Los Altos Remodeling was the only company to give me a comprehensive bid. They are dependable, efficient, considerate, and very professional. The job worked out so well, I had them remodel my master bedroom and replace the rest of the wndows in the back of the house.

ASOD Home Group
SOD builders and his skilled team did a wonderful job at our house by remodeling our master bedroom and master bathroom. It all started with our vision in mind on how we would like to have our master bedroom and bathroom and SOD builders made it to a reality! The entire remodeling process was very well planned (which we know that the planning stage was a huge factor in the overall work) and the communication they had with us all the time was beyond outstanding. At the beginning of each step of the work, we knew the current costs of the work and we knew very well what the next step. We know that all remodeling projects can have problems and issues -- but SOD builders made the outcome of the remodeling… well worth the effort. They earned our highest appreciation and we look forward to hire and working with them again in the future.

APeter J Thomas Construction
Peter J. Thomas Construction remodeled three of my homes; new kitchens, new bathrooms, master suites, external stairs and internal great rooms. Work was done on time, and very cleanly. With three small children, it was important to me that the house remodel was cleaned up each day, so we wouldn't be breathing "construction dust". The house was clean and tools put away each evening so that our family could live during the construction. Pete was creative and innovative when working with the designs. I'm looking forward to our next construction project.

APhilips Remodeling
Ben and Chris are amazing!  They did a fantastic job on our bathroom/bedroom/closet remodel and were extremely professional in the treatment of our home. We hired Philp's remodeling to gut our existing bathroom, expand the bathroom into what was our original closet, then move the entry into an adjoining bedroom so that room could be turned into a large walk-in closet/sitting room.  The original bathroom had considerable dry rot and needed repair the walls, plumbing and  reinforcement in the floors.   The job included moving sewage, pluming and electrical as well as moving the entry to a different wall and adding a window.  In all, we doubled the size of our bathroom.  They did an incredible job moving everything to the exact spot that we wanted.  Every aspect of the job was done with great attention to detail and  precision.  Ben was great at checking with me on even the smallest details, from where the outlets would be placed to the height of the lighting pendants to the location of the niche and deco tile in the shower.  He even accompanied me on a trip to the tile store to ensure that the tile I picked out was the best quality for my money.  He offered great suggestions or ideas on the areas that I was unsure of.  They even made repairs to plumbing for our other bathroom that were noticed when the wall between the two rooms was open.  I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size door for the bathroom and rather than have to reorder another custom door that would have cost me well over a thousand dollars, Ben and Chris extended the door to the necessary size with no detectible seam, saving me hundreds.  I can honestly say that there is not one aspect of the bathroom that I would have done differently.  I love every detail.  In addition, they added recessed lighting to our bedroom and created a beautiful double entry into the closet.  During the two months that they worked in our home they took time each day to cover our hardwood floors with wood panels and plastic and ended each day by vacuuming.  We were not able to move out of our bedroom, but there was little evidence that each day there had been construction occurring in the space.  If I didn't get home from work before they left, I would be updated by a phone call or a text message from Ben. He was also great at letting me know about additional costs that we were incurring because of additional work we requested.  In all, they were more than fair in the pricing and I feel like we got much more than what we had paid for.  Plus, they won over the affection of our two dogs, who can be quite intimidating and protective of our home.  After just a couple of weeks, the dogs would wait for Ben and Chris to arrive and treated the men as members of our household.  Every morning I wake up and get to use my beautiful new bathroom and beautiful new walk-in closet and it makes every day start off great!  I would use Philips remodeling again in a heartbeat.

Recent Review: Everlast recently remodeled our master bath and guest bath. I have nothing but high praise for this organization. They may not be the least expensive contractor you'll ever work with, but they are worth every penny you'll pay them. Our guest bath was a simple redo but our master bath project was much more. We wanted to increase its size which meant moving a wall, ripping out the master bedroom and guest bedroom carpeting, leveling the master bedroom concrete floor (our house is on a concrete slab), relocating/building the master bedroom closet (which was sacrificed to increase the size of the master bath), moving the piping for the toilet in the concrete slab, and installing a door from master bath to master bedroom (entry was originally from the hallway). They seamlessly worked with a variety of other contractors: carpet installer, electrician, closet installer, and air conditioning technician. Everlast even performed much of the demolition while we were on vacation in another state/time zone. We were kept up to date with daily pictures of the project and could easily reach via phone calls. I highly recommend Everlast Construction and they will be my go-to contractor from here on. Thank you Ariel and team!

Recent Review: I worked with Ray as our primary manager throughout our project and Michael as the project manager. Our project involved converting an existing bedroom to a bathroom and hallway leading to an addition of approximately 200 square feet for a master bedroom. Additionally, we had them demolish a lot of the old concrete in our backyard and redo it with a new yard and small deck. I've heard all of the horror stories of working with contractors and am happy to say that Done Right Home Remodeling reflected none of them. They were professional, courteous, communicative, and thoughtful throughout. We were able to live comfortably in our home throughout the entirety of the project. From the framing to matching our roof for the addition, matching our hardwood floors, the final detailing, etc. They were also reasonably priced and didn't levy any surprises on us from the original estimate we signed. Any additions/changes to cost were clearly communicated with explanations and options. I would highly recommend working with Done Right Home Remodeling for anyone looking for home remodels and additions. They clearly try to make it an easy process for homeowners, which can mean a lot for what is often the very stressful process of renovations.

Recent Review: I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!

Recent Review: A BIG job well done! We highly recommend M&M Construction to anyone that's looking for a dependable and honest contractor. It was 14x24 addition in the lower level which included a full bath, utility and sauna room. We interviewed five contractors, Eli's quote came right in the middle. With everything looking positive we decided to hire M&M construction.  Through the renovation, everybody at M&M knew how to make things run smoothly, organized and keeping the work site clean and safe for our family, Eli and his crew were very considerate, patient and carrying just about everything. We have lost almost two week due to some complications, but Eli and the crew still managed to complete the project on time as promised.  We are very happy and satisfied customers.

Recent Review: We found S&L on the web. After hiring them to do a very small remodel, we decided to work with them again for our big master bedroom remodel. Everyone from the kitchen specialist, foreman, designer, and men completing the day to day work are great to work with. The lines of communication were clear and they dealt with our frequent questions in a friendly and patient manner. We are going to be contacting S&L Contractors in the future when we start remodeling our two bathrooms. Last, but not least, we love our new master bedroom. It turned out to have much more of a "high end" feel then we had anticipated. Thank you guys!!

Recent Review: This team did an excellent job meeting our expectations. We never contracted a remodel prior to this and was leary going into it. They quickly put us at ease and and communicated each step of the way. They were very receptive of our requests and did everything they could to meet them. They would provide suggestions, some of which we took, but when we didn't, they listened to our needs and provided first class service. We changed a few things along the way, which were well received. I plan to use them again in the future and would recommend you do too. You'll be glad you did!!
