Because air conditioner was again not working withing a few hours of repair, I phoned the company to come back out to follow up. I did not receive a return call, after an hour of waiting I phoned again and the after-hours answering service explained that they had sent a message to the serviceman and they stated that to be honest most of the time he doesn't get back to the customer. That's probably the most honest reply from the answering service and the worst customer service on the part of Cal Air! Seriously, don't be a service company if you have no intention of providing service!!!
