Recent Review: The bid process was very professional with very clear communication -- often by email which I appreciate. The price was very fair although not the lowest bid -- but I believe you get what you pay for and their experience was worth more to me. The work quality was excellent usually and if we asked for improvements, they were done without question. For the most part workers showed up in a timely fashion and worked efficiently. Communication was pretty good throughout the process although it took multiple reminders to have some equipment picked up from my yard. I would definitely recommend them again.

Urness Construction
Recent Review: From the start the whole process went very well. Tim came and was honest and bid the cost of the job very reasonably. He brought all his own power tools and did well listening to all of our wants and needs. He was more then willing to work around our schedule and finished the job in a very timely manner. We originally had hired him to do the closets but after he finished we were so happy with had him come back to install some windows and doors for us. I will be hiring him again very soon to help with some tiling we need done.

DUNRITE CONSTRUCTION
Recent Review: Tony Rogers, Dunrite's owner, responded quickly to our inquiry, visited the site to see the scope of work, and promptly provided an itemized bid. The work proceeded like clockwork, with no delays and no drama.  The subcontractors Dunrite hired to lay tile and flooring did very fine work. Laying the tile for the bathroom floor required some very precise work where the floor, bathtub, and the front edge of the tub surround met in the corners; the tile setters were true craftsmen in how precisely they cut the tile to fit.  Likewise, we were very happy with the vendors Dunrite recommended  for large mirrors and quartz countertops; they delivered their items exactly as specified and on time. Dunrite’s painters did a meticulous job on walls and trim, most notably in a  living/dining room with a  vaulted ceiling. The Schrock cabinetry we ordered through Dunrite fit perfectly, and we appreciated the opportunity to configure the size of the sinks and drawers to best meet our needs.   All the workmen were polite, accommodating, and on-task.   The owner was available by phone or email throughout.  His bids and bills were very transparent, unlike some remodeling companies that wanted to bid the entire job, with no item-by-item explanation of costs.  He let us know in advance when we needed to be on site for a particular installation.  We appreciated his straightforward communication throughout the process.  We hired a contractor because we wanted someone who could identify good subcontractors and coordinate the work flow; Dunrite was highly satisfactory on both counts.  We love our “new” home and would not hesitate to use Dunrite Construction again.

Unfortunately, they never took the time to call me back. I am disappointed because I really liked the idea of hiring and supporting woman, but not even a call back saying I will contact you in a few days/weeks. Mari Davis, CA
