Recent Review:   Larry Chickos, owner or Mobile home wash  sales manager gave a   quote of $95 to pressure wash a mobile home.  I took the bid as the other companies gave quotes around $150.00.  There were two mobile homes involved, mine and my daughter's. He said there was mold and mildew that would require an expensive solution, which would cost $850 for both of them. There was a lot of paint removed in the process and chips out of the wood siding fell off, including one that was 3in long by 5in long. I had to use spackle to fill it in. He said he did very careful work so I wouldn't have to seal my windows. As it turned out the sills had puddles of water around them on the inside windowsills and the windows themselves are spotted and streaked. When they left, they left all these heavy flower pots and everything they moved out. It was a lot of work for me to go back and get everything in place because I'm 80, so this wasn't an easy task. I feel I was the victim of bait and switch, as the average rate for mobile homes was $150 per home. I had paid him $850.00. 6/21/13  A year later and I am still upset about the scam that was pulled on me.  This "person" charged hundreds for a supposedly superior wash solution.  That was a lie! The MH's have the same grime on them that they did before and it wipes or washes off with ease. I could have done a better job than he did myself! Larry Chickos never made good on the damage he did to my home, The chunk of wood he gouged out. The  flaking paint damage. .   As far as his response goes....  My critique of his  works  speaks for itself.

Recent Review: The company did a very nice job on this. Olympic Maximum tinted waterproofing sealant was used as the sealant (green can at Lowe's). The work was done during the requested time frame (during a week that I was away). The price was considerably less than a competitor's estimate. I will use this company again in the future.

Recent Review: Excellent. very complete about cleaning all areas. Took time to clean up hard to remove spots and dirt. In some cases went over the area twice. This is the second time I used this company and certainly will bring back and third time for spring cleaning our yard.

Recent Review: Brian came out and did a complete walk around our house with us to prepare an estimate.  Upon inspection he said that we only needed to paint certain portions of the home (those most exposed to rain and sun); we appreciated that honesty.  He then emailed a complete estimate showing all work to be done. Brian and his team were efficient and professional.  They power washed the exterior one day and then took two days to complete the sanding/preparation and painting.  At the end of each day the place was left neat and orderly and was left clean at the end of the job. We are quite happy with the results and feel that the price was quite fair for the work that was done.  We are happy enough that we are asking Brian to do some additional painting indoors.

Recent Review: The owner of this company was most kind and considerate. He gave a fair estimate, took the items to be sprayed and determined the completed date.  Since the items were not being used out of doors and there was a toxic smell he held them until the smell dissipated.

I called Brian because of the good reviews on Angie's List. He came promptly to give us an estimate and spent time discussing what we wanted. We felt his estimate was fair for our large house and he quickly set up a schedule to start the work. Brian and his crew were efficient and courteous. They all did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend his company!

Luis was very responsive. He contacted me within 10 minutes of making my request via this site. He gave me a quote the next day and was able to complete the job the following week ( he could have done it sooner but it worked out best for me the following week) House looks great... thanks!

He arrived early and got the work done in two and a half days. Painting and caulking was nicely done, with attention to detail. He noticed flaws in the exterior I hadn't seen, sunk protruding nails, smoothed cracks, etc.  Only drawback was a little poor communication at the beginning. Very friendly thereafter. His painting assistant, Luca, is also a carpenter and repaired a fascia segment with dry rot, and made several repairs to the front fence, for an additional $30/hr. He later came back to clean and paint the fence. Happy with the service and the house looks great.

Brian was punctual, professional, friendly and reasonably priced.  He was a pleasure to deal with and the house looked great when he finished.  The work was neat and they cleaned up well.  Initially I was very pleased, but now that I've had a chance to more carefully inspect the work, I'm not sure he did everything I contracted for.  This may have been a communication problem on my part, so my caution is to be very specific about expectations and watch what is done.  I was not present at the time he did the work, so I could not observe the work in progress.  He said he would powerwash the house, prime it and apply 2 coats of paint.  My subsequent observations indicate that he applied only one coat of primer/paint combination.  There are several places where the old color shows through.  I find it hard to believe that if  2 coats were actually applied that they would have missed the exact same spots both times.  In addition, the deck did not appear to have been powerwashed at all.  I would use Brian again, but would want to be present to insure that everything that was contracted for was done.

DMonterey Window Cleaning
This was a very disappointing experience for us. Our highest priority was having the windows washed as we were getting new screens installed. Monterey Window Cleaning told us they could do both the power washing and the windows in one day. He arrived on time and started working on the power washing. He said he would do the power washing and then the exterior windows, then move into the house to do the interior windows in about 3 hours. After almost four hours he let me know that he had only completed the power washing as one of his power washers wasn't working properly and he had to use a different one that took a lot longer. Had he informed me initially that the faster power washer wasn't working properly and it was going to take longer than expected, I might have made a decision to forgo the power washing and just focus on the windows. That was our priority. Anyway, he said he would come back after lunch to start the exterior windows. He came back after lunch and decided that a breeze that had come up would make the windows dry too fast so he would have to reschedule that. We rescheduled for another day and he didn't show up. He finally called about 45 mins. later to say he had another job to do first and was having truck trouble but would be over within the hour. This was the first I heard about him having another job to do before he came (I'd been waiting since our agreed upon time of 8:30 a.m.). I could not imagine how he was going to make it over in an hour if he was still waiting for the tow truck, so told him to keep me informed. I never heard from him again until a week later!!! By now it was too late for us to line up a different window washing company before the window screening company came. I called him three times that day asking him to contact me, I emailed him, and we told him we needed him to pick up his ladders that he had left in the yard. Finally, we heard from him via email an ENTIRE WEEK LATER to send us the bill for the power washing. In fairness he did offer to discount the bill. He said that he had been in an accident after having his truck towed and was not allowed to drive and that his cell phone had broken. We are truly sympathetic that he had been in an accident of some sort, but it's hard to imagine that he or someone else couldn't have contacted us sooner than a week later. (Having been in business for myself before, I would always make sure someone contacted my clients if I was sick and unable to make an appointment.) In addition, I had asked him to call me if he wasn't going to make it over within the hour and there would have been time for him to make that call before his accident. In summary, this job just didn't go as we'd hoped. We paid for work that wasn't even what we initially wanted done and didn't get the work we needed done accomplished! But we give people the benefit of a doubt and are sorry if he was in an accident. In retrospect we should have been more cautious consumers -- we should have and quot;known betterand quot; than to accept work we didn't even ask for an estimate on! We also should have gone over the estimated costs more thoroughly (buyer beware). However, he should have let me know about the power washer not working and that it was going to take a lot longer than expected so I could have exercised the option of forgoing that in order to concentrate on the windows. He also should have been more realistic about when he would be arriving the second day. He had not even mentioned that he had another job to do on his way to our house until the phone call. Communication was definitely broken down on day 2 and from then on. Just a disappointing job.

When talking to Brian on the phone, he indicated that he and another worker would be out to do the work. When Brian arrived, he indicated that his worker would be doing the work and that he had to go to another place to do the same type of work which was  being conducted at our residents.  His worker did the pressure wash, but was told that he had to do the patio, so he had to come back the next day to do that job, because he was not told to do so. He did some sanding, yet it was very lite with little effort on the windows. His painting was fine at the time, except after he had finished the job and the windows in the living room, kitchen and the second bed room were shut to the point where you had to apply extreme physical force to get them open. A call was made to Brain about the situation after he was paid and yet there was no return call. I had to work on the windows  a few days later which caused some of the paint to come off.  Proper prepping would of helped. The screen doors in the kitchen had to be sanded do to the fact of excessive paint build up on the bottom of the screen doors. My view is that if you pay someone $2350.00 to do a job, it is not the responsibility of the owner to fix the mistakes. A job is a job so therefore it must be done in a professional manner with no excuses. Weigh your priorities and not take on to many jobs which can only be done half professional manner.
