Business Description: We are a small construction company that tries to fill a need for personal service. We currently have no employees which means more 1 on 1 between myself and you, but can also sometimes mean a longer wait time in starting your job. We have access to a wide range of sub-contractors that i have personaly worked with over the years and would recommend. We do not offer any financing. we offer 10% off for seniors. Billing /payment is due upon completion of job. Bigger jobs will have a draw system set up. Material money may be asked for up front depending on size of job

Recent Review: Green Bay Remodeling did a fantastic job on my home renovation. They picked up the project after another builder left me hanging and they completed it on time and on budget. Inon, Pancho and team were very professional and communicative. They were easy to get a hold of when I needed them and did quality work. I will definitely work with them again and I recommend them to others.

Recent Review: Original Review June 2012 We have a detached garage that we wanted to make into living space, including adding a bathroom.  This included adding all the plumbing for the bathroom, the flooring, adding a wall, adding a french door, a window, stucco, and building a small redwood deck outside the french door.  John and his crew did  great job.  High quality and beautiful work, the crew was friendly and professional, and John kept a close eye on the progress of the project and communicated with me as often as I wanted (he was always easy to reach).  He was also very flexible as we made changes to the plans as we went along.  And he came in within $1000 of the original estimate.  I would definitely use him again for any major remodeling in our home.  And, lastly, his estimate came in equal to or less expensive than the two other estimates I got.  I have already recommended him to one friend. Btw, I forgot to mention Rolondo.  He is John's design guy, who worked with us before any construction got started to work out the details of the design.  He was excellent.  His time was included in the $35K quote. Update:  September 2014 We had a problem with a sulphur smell in the remodeled garage when we used the hot water, which had nothing to do with the work that John did.  I had one plumber in and he said that we needed to replace the water heater because the heater anode was corroded and making the smell.  We did this - the smell was reduced, but not gone, and then it started to get stronger again.   So I emailed John, thinking that he might have some ideas, or that he would know a smart plumber.  He emailed me back within 10 minutes, even though he had no heard from me in about 2 years.  He got his plumber involved right away, who knew exactly what the problem and solution was.  John sent his plumber over within a few days, who replaced the magnesium anode with an aluminum anode which prevented the production of magnesium sulfide.  Bingo!  No more sulphur smell!  And to my utter amazement, John insisted on absorbing the cost of parts and labor for the job, even though it had nothing to do with the fine work that he did.  I am so impressed with John's commitment to his customers.  Again, I highly recommend him, and have been recommending him to friends since he did the work on our garage.

Recent Review: We are currently working with Goodfellas Construction, (more specifically Ran Leemore ? Project Manager) on a complete remodel of our home.  We joined Angie?s list to find quality contractors who could handle our job but also have steady communication and most importantly, meet our budget.  Three contractors came out to bid on our job; Ran was the third and almost immediately we knew he was our guy.  Ran took the time to listen to our needs and spent over an hour reviewing the main scope of our project on our first meeting.  He was detailed, knowledgeable and gave us a sense of confidence that we were in good hands.  Ran insisted on meeting with us again soon after our first meeting (something neither of the other two companies offered).  Our project is still in the beginning phases, but so far Ran has exceeded our expectations and keeps us informed of any progress.  This project is major, so I will return and provide further details of the full experience once the work is complete.  As of today, Goodfellas (and Ran!) get straight A?s.
