He looked inside gfi outlet and said there was a loose wire. I was charged two hour minimum which was way too long, first of all. Time it took: about 15 mins. Two weeks later the same thing happened and I called him a few days later and a woman answered, sounding unprofessional, but I left a message. He never returned my call after calling him a second time. On the third try, he answered and said he had just had hip surgery and if I couldn't get someone to replace the gfi outlet he would have to get a ride over and he could put a new outlet in. All I had to pay for was $15 for the new part. A week later I hadn't heard back and called again, three more times over the next few days, including today. I have never heard from him or been offered a refund.
