AGlenda Evans Certified Photo Organizer
There were no problems for Glenda to get the three rooms organized and items placed where they were accessible and organized. Glenda listens to what you want and then works wonders to create a living space that is clean, open and user friendly.  She has vision and skills that make the job easy and fun. DeNena has been a ROCK SOLID Property Manager and Cleaning Partner for me and my business (Aunt Sally's Vacation Studio & Breakfast) in Seattle for over a year. I live in Santa Barbara and San Diego and needed a strong reliable partner/vendor to maintain my business in Seattle and DeNena stepped up to the plate in a HUGE way! Aunt Sally's is one of the only Airbnb Super Host properties since inception of their Super Host program (3+ years running now) and DeNena has contributed greatly to the success of my business by providing exceptional property management, guest relations, cleaning, grocery/supply purchase and coordination and overall problem resolution! DeNena has been the sole reason why I have experienced a 65% increase in sales in 2016 over 2015. And this year 2017 will be my best year ever because of DeNena and S.H.O.W. My cleaning, guest check in and communication reviews are all 5 stars since she has been managing Aunt Sally's in Seattle DeNena is VERY responsible, honest and trustworthy such that I only met her once, gave her a quick tour of my property, showed her what to do and immediately handed her the keys...and I have never looked back!!! She has been "the glue" holding my Seattle business together since taking over last year! DeNena has also been a problem solver and a true partner (not just a vendor to my business) as she sees things that need to be done and gets them done without me having to ask! I have been a landlord for 12 years and DeNena is the best partner/vendor I have ever had managing one of my properties! I am currently looking for a similar partner in San Diego and have found NO ONE who even remotely compares to her! ANATURALLY ORGANIZED
Toni returned my call quickly and was very professional. She asked questions about my lifestyle and design questions to better understand my needs and concerns. I told her I was on a limited budget and she responded well to it. She spent almost twelve hours over two weekends, including shopping, to re-do my 1928 Spanish colonial home. She planned our day prior to coming and I worked with her to get rid of clutter and move furniture. She has a very creative eye, positive attitude, and a pleasant personality.

Over a period of four days (12/13-14 and 17-18), Denikka and Josh, who together are D-Clutter,  completely reorganized my home -- every closet, every drawer, every cupboard, every room. I am thrilled with the results and with their work! My home is a single-wide mobile home, and I had way too much "stuff" in it, It had become a very cold, messy, unwelcoming place to me. This is something I could not do for myself. I lack the visual imagination that would have allowed me to rearrange it, disposing of excess stuff as necessary, so that it would become a welcoming and livable home instead of a claustrophobic trap. Besides, I'm dead lazy. By the end of Day 2, they had created for me one of the things I had least been able to create for myself, yet needed the most: a comfortable living area where I could relax, watch TV, and even have a friend over. (I had been too ashamed of the home's previous condition to invite anyone over.) They were so low-key and friendly, and they took the initiative so smoothly that I never felt uncomfortable with  their presence as they worked. I even napped while they were working around me. They were very considerate of my pets, who got to like them a lot. By the end of Day 4, I felt like one of those restauranteurs on "Restaurant: Impossible" who is filled with delight and awe at the newly remodeled space and who embraces Robert Irvine, his builder, Tom, and his designer. I hugged both Denikka and Josh gratefully just before they left. This reorganization was especially important for me as I have recently lost one of the people nearest and dearest to me, a sister who died very suddenly and way too soon. To be trapped in my messy, unwelcoming little home with my grief and rage had become overwhelming and deeply depressing. I think I now have a space in which I can heal. To have that same space transformed into a warm, welcoming, orderly home is a very, very precious "gift," even though it was for a fee and worth every cent. I have a home instead of a cage. Josh and Denikka worked very hard every day they were here, and they deserve their compensation. I didn't give a rating for the price, because I have no idea what another home-organizing company might have charged.
