Not good at all. I'm still dealing with this issue and it's been almost a month. Aqua Brite was called out by my home warranty service and it was determined that I would need my pump replaced after inspecting a small leak coming from the motor. Justin, one of their 'techs', scheduled an appointment to come out the next day and preform the work. He informed me that I would have to pay an out of pocket cost of $250 that is not covered by the warrenty for modifications to the above ground plumbing. The next day came and Justin showed up late and unprepared. He didn't have any of the pvc piping he needed to redo the plumbing and told me he needed to reschedule. I was not happy about this, but I agreed to reschedule. The next day Justin came out and preformed the work. When I turned on the pump later that night (about 8hrs later), there were two different leaks coming from the piping he installed. I called them back out and he said he fixed the problem but the pipes are still leaking and the pump does not fill up all the way with water as it should. It drains all the water after it's turned off and it shouldn't do that, but Justin insisted that "this is the way this pump works." I have filed multiple complaints with Aqua Brite owner, Andre, and even requested that someone else come out and fix it but they are extremely hard to get ahold of. Very, very unprofessional company to work with. I have since filed complaints through my home warrenty company and had another company called Crystal Pool Service that is absolutely awesome. The guy came out late notice and gave me an in depth report of what was all wrong with everything to do with my pool system, as well as what was wrong with the work preformed by Aqua Pools.
