Recent Review: We are remodeling a small bathroom and wanted to swap the location of the vanity and toilet. The home was plumbed with galvanized steel lines making it difficult to simply move pipes around. Kent's plumbing provided a reasonable estimate for all the work needed and suggested other items that would make sense to address at the same time. The full scope of the work was: Set the tub in a mortar bed and installed tub drain. Replace all the water lines in the wall; this included the tub shower lines (and valve), the toilet line, the vanity hot/cold lines and the kitchen hot/cold lines. Reroute drain vent pipe for toilet, vanity and kitchen sink. Install new water line to kitchen for fridge icemaker. Replace water lines to hot water heater. Replace some of the steel lines under the house with new pex lines. It should be noted that this was all rough in work, not finish work. All work was done on-time and on-budget. Kent's Plumbing worked with us, described what would be done and provided options when appropriate.
