These guys seem to be pretty good. They repaired the old and there was so many bad things. They charged me for all the gas to fill up the line and everything. Then finally it worked a couple of hours and then conked out and they came by the next day. They put in $7,000 worth, I’ve got a unit brand new, it really works fine. I wrote them out a check on the 27th or the 23th of May. They charged me $700 for nothing and then gave me a rebate on that, then put in $7,000 roughly. I paid for a 4 ton, $7,000 out of pocket. My final bill, I thought they were going to ask for it buy they didn’t. Then they said they would send somebody out that knew about the solar panels. I guess I went about almost two weeks before they asked for their check. Since I didn’t put it in I just asked, “when do you want it”, and I just put it in the mail then.I didn’t feel as I was pricing, given an idea of what they did, but they put in a whole new out-unit and a whole new in-unit, with a new filter, with a new type of filter, everything. The whole facial inside the house is different. I really noticed that because the filter system in the side was not adequate for the square footage of the house. I just happened to know that, so I cut a big hole in this panel and just pieced it in with filters. They took all that off and put all new in. What I can’t focus on is that a 4-ton installed in one day with a refund of approximately of $500 off on the original price of installation on credit on the old, because they had nothing to work with except super old stuff with mice biting into the line and everything else. So, I got everything new. No matter how hot it is in the house or outside, I can feel cold air in 5 minutes when it goes on. I got more than the coverage in terms of its ability to saturate the house with the change in temperature. I don’t feel comfortable in terms of the market cost for that air conditioner. However, anybody you talk to, they say “you spent $7,500 for a new air conditioner, that’s not a surprising amount for a 4-ton.” Overall customer service is priced because they were really upfront, they were very confident on how they came across, they said “oh, I’ll do this or this”. They didn’t wish wash around. Their main concern was my happiness and pleased. They also knew that I was in need, not that I am a little slow, because of my chemotherapy, but let’s face it, you have your good days. Quality, follow up, everything – “B+”.
