Recent Review: Bob found and repaired a leak we been trying to fix ourselves for two years. Bob came out, found the roof leak, and had his crew out in two days to fix before the December rains arrived. Professional and speedy service at a very fair price — highly recommended.

Recent Review: Because Ross Ferrin does his own estimates and job planning and does not delegate it, it took a couple of weeks to get an estimate, but he showed up, inspected and left. His estimate arrived within a week of the inspection, and was 50% down, and 50% on completion. Once the contract was signed, and materials ordered and received, the crew was out and on the job. Two man crew, supplemented at stages of the job by three more men when critical repetitive or heavy tasks required it. It took only a few days for them to complete the work, which was high quality workmanship with commercial grade materials. They brought a trailer with a generator and did not sponge electrical power from the customer, which I appreciate. All materials employed were brand new, specific to the requirements of the job. A membrane roof was chosen because it is a one piece roof, with each joint heat sealed and fused together. The roof has performed well, including installed scuppers and an attached garage and patio roof. I could have gotten the job slightly cheaper, but I did not want to skimp on the materials quality. Ross Ferrin was recommended by a contractor friend I trusted and I have no complaints with the job. Word of mouth is important in a small city. A bonus with the white membrane in the desert climate, my air conditioner does not run as often, as the surface is reflective, more so than the grey asphalt rolled roofing it replaces.

Everything went great! The price was reasonable, the turn-around time was fast, and everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The installation crew was super nice and really tidy. I really appreciate their hard work.

Olin, the owner, did all the work himself. He arrived at the time he said he would for the estimate(a rarity in this area). He gave a fair estimate of the work involved and when he could start. He worked around the rain and got the job done in 3 days and kept me informed with phone calls and emails of his progress. Very happy with the professionalism and workmanship performed. Would not hesitate to use him again for any roofing job needed.

I called Versatile and they came out and repaired the leaking connection, making a waterproof junction.   I then had them come back and redo the other 10 or so connections to the other scuppers.  They did the work in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.  I would recommend Versatile Roofing highly.

Owner responded quickly to my request for a quote.  He was very presentable and knowledgeable on all types of roofing.  He provided a quote "on the spot", which was very competitive.  He promptly answered additional questions after our initial meeting, and was receptive to my specific requests.  He provided alternatives and had a solution for a situation which others declined to do. After my contract was accepted, the installation was promptly scheduled after the short wait for materials.  The company utilizes different crews for each type of job (metal roofs, shingle roofs, siding, etc.).  The three man installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  They finished after one day (estimated at 1 to 1 1/2 days) and cleaned up before leaving. The company is supported by a staffed warehouse and showroom in Taylor, AZ.  They install roofing, siding, gutters and windows throughout Arizona.
