Recent Review: One of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I had 4 contractors bid on the reroof, Wildcat's was the only one that proposed to do it the correct way. They did a tear-off on the old roof which no one else wanted to do. Lucky for us because there were already 2 roofs on my house which I didn't know. Martin and Rene were great to work with. Martin noticed that we may have some weather damage and met with my insurance adjuster. Rene followed up with me to make sure everything was done correctly. The crew worked very hard and were very professional. In short Wildcat's did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything, and underbid everyone else. I am very satisfied and would refer them to anyone.

Recent Review: Good experience from start to finish.  We purchased a house that needed a new roof.  We got several quotes and Daniels was the most reasonable by a substantial amount.   (He honored his price 3 months after his quote).  While price was a consideration, we were not looking for the cheapest deal - we wanted a quality roof.  We asked a lot of questions and researched until we felt comfortable.  We had no trouble reaching Daniel - he returned all calls promptly and answered our questions.  He's a very nice guy. Daniels used the same high quality shingles (Owens Corning) and offered the same warranty as the other companies.  The crew was fast and professional - no damage to plants or structures.  They cleaned up every day before leaving - We are very impressed with how thorough they cleaned at the end - we have only seen a few staples from the old roof - no nails from the new roof yet.  Daniel came by a couple of days after the job and walked the roof himself  to make sure all looked good before asking for payment. Should be noted that the shingle delivery man had very positive comments about Daniels Roofing and our neighbor who is a retired contractor said he watched them work and was impressed with the installation. I was surprised to see negative comments from other reviewers because we have been very happy so far.

Recent Review: company was very easy to deal with, they handled everything, including coordinating with the solar company i'll be using for new solar panels; very pleased with communication and clean up job; worked with Jim Blackmon in the Tucson office, very professional and explained the process and answered all my questions; price was higher than other companies, but I felt the experience was worth it

Recent Review: Excellent company to do business with.  Highly recommend. Estimator was extremely diligent and very informative.  Answered all inquiries and thoroughly discussed pros/cons of various options.  Made extra visits to deliver sample shingles so we could intelligently compare colors; even spotted neighboring houses so we could drive by and see finished product.  Helpful throughout the project, from bid phase to completion.  Never dropped the ball once. Major aspects took about 4 days, and another couple for the top-surface, white patio coating.  Crew was careful and very well supervised.  As with any project of this scale, there's going to be minor mishaps, however, Hoffman addressed them all to my satisfaction.  In some cases, they performed rework on their own accord to get it right.  Again, a credit to a well supervised crew.  For example, I paid extra for a 6-nail pattern for high winds (vs typical 4-nail), and watched their installers very closely.  Not once did i see any of them miss this.  All hand nailing, also. Final invoice includes extras for the "unknowns", such as replacing deteriorated sheathing, fascia boards, etc.  In this regard, i was extremely pleased that Hoffman used great judgement and was considerate of my frugal nature.  The final billing was fair; no argument on my part. In summary,  a re-roofing job requires that the homeowner also pitch in to help up front, particularly for coordination.  We had a planned access point for their trucks and got the dump truck to fit out back.  I was able to paint prep the galvanized flashing and also paint hard to reach fascia/trim prior to final installation. Since they'd leave their magnetic roller overnight, i was able to run that baby around ... a big deal when a nail in a car tire can run a few hundred bucks. Very pleased.

Recent Review: Due to widespread storm damage in SE Arizona on 1-21-2010 my asphalt shingle roof was damaged by high winds allowing rain to enter home further damaging drywall interior. I searched the Service Magic, Dex Yellow Pages and became a member of Angie's List to find a contractor who would come out and do emergency repairs. Service Magic provided the name of Acra Construction LLC under the search parameters of "Roofing Contractors" and "Green Valley, Arizona". I submitted my project and requested contact, the contractor responded and I hired him by phone. The contractor arrived and removed damaged materials, installed a quality temporary repair and did his work in a very satisfactory manner.

Recent Review: Came as requested to look at the roof to give us an estimate.  Gave a verbal estimate. Took a few days to get a written estimate. Started on the date requested and got done in 3 1/2 days.  Workers were polite and did a good job of cleaning up.  They  tried very hard to make us happy.

I got estimates from 3 companies that I found through recommendations from friends, Angie's List, Yelp, and (UGH!) Home Advisor.  Wildcats Roofing's estimate was the lowest (but not so much as to be scary).  Rene answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly, and he gave us three sample books of shingles to keep as we decided what we wanted.  The estimate came in at $7000, but a $300 discount was offered on it for paying by cash or check rather than by credit card. After we signed the contract, we did have to wait awhile for an appointment, because the storm that killed our roof did other damage in town, too...PLUS  this was during autumn of 2015, and there was a lot of wet weather.  I assume that all of Tucson's roofers fell behind on their schedules, and it was totally understandable!  (Our roof was NOT letting rain leak into the house, so it wasn't a big deal for us.)   When our appointment date arrived, the team was there early and got right to work~~it took 2-3 days; I don't remember exactly. Rene himself wasn't part of the team, but the workers were all very pleasant and friendly. Of course it's hard to tell how good a roof is until some time has passed, but it looks really nice, and I don't see evidence of any goof-ups...I'm very happy with the work!

Overall they did a very good job, the roof looks very nice, and they were done in the expected amount of time. They kept the job site clean for the most part and tried to clean up any nails or loose debris that might cause damage, and even hauled off an old door that I was waiting to haul to the dump which was very helpful. There was an issue with the invoice showing more wood being replaced than was actually replaced, but I believe this was due to miscommunication between the workers and the office but it was corrected quickly and a new invoice was sent right away. It would probably have helped if anyone on the crew that was here spoke more than a few words of broken English so that communicating with them would have been easier, but they were friendly and tried their best to communicate with me as necessary. The biggest issue was when we needed to discuss replacing certain pieces of fascia and make other necessary changes and we were unable to communicate clearly with each other on what should be replaced and what should be left alone, which may have also resulted in the initial invoice mixup. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work performed, and if I needed another roof installed or needed any repairs on any of my houses I would not hesitate to call Wildcats Roofing again.
