Recent Review: This is the best granite installation company in Tucson.   Angela came to appointments to look at slabs with me, even going to a supplier that she didn't normally use.  She worked out all of the designs that I wanted.  Everything was installed on time and professionally.   When I wanted a special granite from Northern California, they arranged to have it shipped and stored it without complaint.  Rich and Angela worked hard as professionals and were professional about their work.  If you work with them, you will be pleased and proud.  They always treated us with respect, patience and gave us their support and perspectives. When I read about the person who complained about them, I was shocked.  They deserve an "A" rating.  The installation is perfect.  Our  countertops will still be here when the dinosaurs come back.

Recent Review: We purchased our home in April and we had about a month to get out kitchen "put together" before we moved in. We wanted a gas range rather than the electric that was already there. Frank and his crew walked us through all the processes needed to run a gas line to the kitchen, choosing the granite, did all repairs to wall where gas line came in and they even cleaned the floor when all was done. IMPRESSED....planning on using their services again soon for a bathroom.

Recent Review: He is a meticulous workman. He cleans up each phase as he moves along. He preps by putting paper down on the floor to prevent mess, and then cleans up well after. It is really rare for me to be able to compliment someone to this extent. In one bath, he extended the wall and put in doors, replaced countertop sinks and faucets. He came in one day and did measuring. Later he removed the old materials, and the next day he got everything installed. Again, he was extremely organized--which I found to be extremely rare. It was a pricey experience, but very fair. Whatever discount he was able to get from his supplier, he passed down to us.  I would use him again in the future, and would recommend him to anybody.

Recent Review: Fantastic job installing countertops. They met and/or beat all other quotes we obtained. they were very professional and came well prepared to get the job done very quickly, cleanly and exactly to our liking. They were very organized and set up a sand quot;shopand quot; out side with a pop up shade and kept our house very clean while they were working. We can not express how happy we are with their work. Now all of our friends and family want to call them for countertops. I would without a doubt use them for all of our future countertops. I cannot believe you could find a better company to do this kind of work.

Recent Review: It went very well.  They came across a few problems, like a drill bit that wasn't strong enough to cut through granite, but were able to solve them.  I volunteered to help move the countertop because of the weight issue.  Both workers were pleasant and considerate.  I am happy with the work.

Recent Review: Overall, everything went well with the exception of the engineered quartz (Silestone) countertops. We were told that it would take 2 weeks from the time of making the template to the time of installation--it was close to 4 weeks. Then, too many holes were cut out for the plumbing (even though the faucet was there) and that portion of countertop had to be removed and replaced (another week and a half). We had the induction cooktop recessed to be flush with the countertops and apparently when this happened one corner actually sat higher than the rest of the cooktop. Someone came out and made some adjustments to fix this--but apparently nobody else on the team knew this. We were requesting that something be done about the gap around the cooktop in the quartz, but everyone else was thinking that we were talking about the unevenness of the cooktop (which had been fixed)--anyway, it took another 2 weeks to get someone to the house to realized what we were talking about. I would recommend that you make a list of what has to be done at the onset of the job and just call routinely to followup--sometimes things are or are not done and which haven't been communicated. Overall I would do it again (with a different countertop company) with Pro Remodeling--we are very pleased with our kitchen.

They were very good. They did the work very well. They had reasonable and fair prices. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. They had to reschedule.

Despite our early problems trying to "connect" with owner to discuss and choose countertop and pick up a sample for matching colors for wall paint and backsplash (he failed to show for 3 appts.-we only met him day contract was signed) the day we signed the contract, Mike (owner) was puntual, pleasant, informative and took time to answer all questions. His technicians were punctual and did a great job!

This company is superb.   We could not have wished for more.  The design provided by Ken turned out to be functionally brilliant.  The execution of the demolition and renovation and installations by Wayne and his crew was carefully done and thoughtfully executed.  They were prompt, polite, and professional (and they also carefully attempted to preserve our privacy and our environment against the inevitable storm of dust that accompanies such a demolition).  When we expressed preferences outside the initial plan (e.g., under- cabinet lighting), they proceeded to provide them with no additional cost. Their technology (e.g., the laser analysis of exactly where the countertops should be placed) was exquisite.  The quartz countertops are beautiful and seamless.  Their initial measurements (crucial to the entire enterprise) proved to be accurate. Their craftsmanship was energized by pride, not schedule.  The cabinet installer (Rick) was a true artist [I do not exaggerate; I am an artist myself].  He spent countless hours verifying the joints, seams, and quality of the cabinet installation.  Wayne came up with a creative way to allow us to control all of our lighting from a single source. And?.throughout this stressful experience (think washing your dishes in the bathroom, and eating nothing but microwaveable dishes for three weeks)?.they were accommodating and fun to be with.  They almost became a form of "family" for us. Let's put it this way.  After three weeks, we were willing to give them the keys to the house when we left.  We trusted them.
