Recent Review: After several positive phone calls with this company, they agreed to refinish a fiberglass tub on May 9th. On May 7th, I left a voicemail requesting a confirmation of the appointment. On that same date, I emailed and texted a request for confirmation of the appointment. There were no responses from the company to any of these communications. On May 9th, no one from Mesa Bath Tubs arrived to repair the tub. I had prepared the tenant to take time off of work to be there for the appointment. Instead, he went to work several hours late still having an unusable bath tub. The lack of response from Mesa Bath Tubs was surprising since their representative had been very good at establishing rapport with me by saying and writing things like, “We will take care of you” and “No worries”. Well, Mesa Bath Tubs certainly caused many worries for me and my tenant and cannot be trusted to do what they say. The true measure of the quality of a business is the extent to which they honor their commitments. Mesa Bath Tubs does not.
