Business Description: Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. (many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment. If it has to do with home repair, maintenance, and/or improvement chances are I've done it. Give me a call and see what I can do for you.

Recent Review: Great service! Wayne, the owner, did a detailed inspection of the pool when we moved in. We used that estimate for the needed repairs. We paid what he estimated and he was very professional. We have monthly pool service with them and are happy with the quality.

Recent Review: As a real estate agent, I occasionally have a foreclosure home that needs renovation before it can be put on the market. I got two estimates for the work needed on the most recent one and chose Bob Tomisak of Someone To Fix It. He started immediately and took care of ordering all supplies and appliances and arranging delivery. (The home is in Page, AZ and some things needed to be ordered and delivered from Flagstaff - 140 miles away.) His work was and communication were outstanding. As a retired engineering PhD, Bob Tomisak is - as would be expected - a perfectionist. Thanks to his skill and hard work, what was a dreary, uninhabitable residence came back to life and was sold within a week. Great work!!!

The parts that were leaking on the motorhome were a bit hard to find and we had to go to several places to find the right "donet" thingy (sorry, female talking here) that was causing the problem. This took up a lot of time but Joe never complained, and didn't quit till he found it. Also, I had bought a new part at Lazy Days and tried to install it myself. Of course I didn't get it threaded on right, plus didn't have the strength to tighten it proper to stop the leak. Ended up stripping the threading :(. Then had to drive back to Lazy Days to get another one. While there I also picked up a new thermostat as Joe suspected it was not functioning right either. He was right again and installed that too. Since then, no leaks and the water heater works perfectly. Ok, maybe he can't walk on water, but close! I highly recommend him! Bonus, he's funny too, he'll keep you laughing while you are crying about your problem :).

AIRAJ & Co LLC
Excellent! This job was completed on time and as bid. The company owner participates on site as well as supervises/guiding others to a first class result.  As you can see by the work item descriptions I needed a scope of work that covered a broad base of expertise (wood work both fine and rough construction, masonry, varied surface finishes all matching,  special jacks, custom hardware, even welding, and I wanted as few contractors as possible. Simply put, I needed someone with skills in multiple disciplines. That I gave "price" a B-grade isn't reflective of any deficiency in the contractor or his work, to the contrary it's a reflection that he won't use short-cuts, low-cost materials or methods. So, the relative negative implied by the B grade is "a higher cost" than some and there's no place for that input other than the price column and here in the comments. With Iraj there's a high standard and it requires the best in materials and practices. Therefore the implied negative is surpassed by an exceptional "positive" in the results category. By applying a B grade I'm saying Iraj's quality practices for excellence may come with a higher price tag. Said another way I would fully expect his bid to be higher if you collect multiple bids, but when you inquire into the details comparing proposed solutions you will know what the difference is that you are paying for. Reflective of that, none of my other bidders had the same confidence in their own work as manifest in their warranty; every one of them would only warranty their work for half (or less) the time period Iraj considered normal. Why they weren't matching his warranty says a lot about them, their plans, and the difference between Iraj's proposal and theirs.   In summary I am confident you can find someone to under-bid because most others will consider shortcuts and lower quality materials at the onset as well as when the work is being performed. You get what you pay for, which on low bidders, can be a roll of the dice outcome. If you want a quality job then you shouldn't mind paying the bill of fare. Like they used to say "a fair day's work for a fair day's pay." Getting it done right the first time, with all the correct (to building codes and more) materials, undercoats, best solutions and methods accompanied by a stand-up warranty is worth not selecting the lowest bid.
