Recent Review: I was first contacted by a girl who knocked on my door. I gave her a water sample to be tested and about a week later, someone called my husband to make an appointment. My husband thought it was a government agency that was doing the testing. Then he read the piece of paper the girl left me and saw that they sell water softeners. We had talked about possibly buying one in the future so we decided to let someone come to our home. We rarely let sales people into our home and my husband is not very patient so I was surprised when he told me he made an appointment. The salesman showed up right on time and started his spiel. We were both impressed with what he showed us and decided to buy from him. The installation was set up for 8:00 the next day. The installation crew did an outstanding job. They explained what they needed to do before they started and when they were done, they went over all aspects of the system and how to maintain it. A week later, a manager came out to check everything on a followup visit. We got everything they said we would and we couldn't be happier. We have recommended them to a few of our friends and family. My sister bought one too and is satisfied. Her son has skin problems and she told me it seems to be getting better since the system was installed. Everyone did a good job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We have dealt with alot of contractors since we moved to glendale and this was the best experience to date.

Recent Review: Engaged them to primarily fix water softener, with secondary jobs to replace filters in RO System and replace stopper in bathroom sink. The secondary jobs went fine but they could not stop a small leak in the water softener. Retrospectively, if they could have determined that earlier it would have me a significant portion of the bill. I later engaged another plumber to put in a new water softener.

Recent Review: Kenny was so nice! He came out snaked the line from the house out to the septic tank.  Checked our leach lines which seem to be the problem. He also check our additional bathroom to be sure it was hooked up to our water softener correctly. Gave us a reliable referral for a water softener company. He never charged us a penny. We will definitely use him again.

Recent Review: I had a problem with my water softener.  After calling many plumbers Glenn was the only one who worked on a softener.  He arrived within the time period he had set.  He found the control box had not been set in the cradle properly thus the timer was not making contact and did not know what to do.  Once properly set every thing worked as it should.  Glenn discussed and showed me what to do and not to do.  Since he was here only a short time he only charged me half his normal fee.  Without a doubt I would call him again.

Start to finish a great experience.  The woman I spoke with when I made the appointment was friendly & courteous.  The young man would did the repair work was prompt, friendly, professional & knowledgeable and even shared some tips on things I could do  myself to properly winterize some exposed pipes.  I live out of town and rely on local service providers when things go awry at the house; it's critical to me to have professionals I can rely on if a problem arises and I can't to the house immediately.  They will be my first call in the future!

I met with Gary one time and went over a bunch of stuff I wanted done including water softener repair, electric gate repair, swamp cooler shut down, painting and wood trellis repair. He assured me he could do it. About 2 weeks later he came by my house and did one small thing, then left a message that the repairs I needed to the water softener and electric gate, he didn't know how to do. No word on when he would be by to paint or do the wood repair. I texted and asked him to send me a bill for what he had done so far, no response. After a month, I called and asked what was going on and he said he'd 'been busy'. The only good thing he did was refer me to someone else. We'll see how that guy turns out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This is my second time having Kenny and Matthew do work at our house.  I was so pleased with both Kenny and Matthew when they first worked at our house on 9/11/13 (please read that detailed review), that I asked them to come back a second time to install both a whole house point of entry water softening system and a separate carbon filter.  While doing that installation, Kenny and Matthew found a defect that we were unaware of when purchasing our home (home inspectors don't have in depth knowledge).  It turns out we have an emergency shut off panel that numerous plumbing hoses extend out from and then go to various areas around the house.  The emergency shut off parts were plastic and had become defective since they were originally installed 10-11 years ago.  Also, the size of the hoses extending out were not the standard industry size, so Kenny had to track down the original company and special order a new one for us.  Kenny was honest and told us that it would be less expensive to custom order that panel then to buy an industry standard panel and then pay lots of money to Kenny to make all the changes that an industry standard panel would require.  Prior to starting the install of the water softening system and carbon block filter, Kenny explained what he was going to do and let me know that the "free" Labor Day Sale carbon block filter that came with the "paid for" water softening system did not have a pressure relief valve for when I have to change that filter, so he added one during the installation. Kenny also gave me the choice of having the tank sit on a concrete pad or on the ground, rather than just adding it himself and increasing the cost.  Kenny's very straight forward about the situation he's dealing with, tells it like it is, and offers you a choice.  Both Kenny and Matthew are both patient in explaining what's going on, what my choices are, what their recommendation is, and then allow me to make the choice. While they were here to work on this big project, they also replaced my refrigerator filter, fixed the guest bathroom toilet so it stopped running, and they turned on the deck faucet which had been shut off for the entire seven months we've lived here.  If you read my first review for the 9/11/13 work Kenny and Matthew did, you will know how pleased I am with them.  Compared to others we have experienced here in Sedona, Kenny and Matthew are both professional, knowledgeable, reliable, fair, honest, well mannered gentlemen.  Kenny is the only person we have found who reliably answers his phone, returns calls and emails, shows up on the day he says he will, has expertise, and is fair and honest.

Before the plumber, not the boss/owner, came we advised the office (very pleasant lady) of the make and model of the RO system that they had confirmed they were authorized to repair and they said that the plumber would come with the necessary filters and parts.  The plumber announced when he arrived that they do not stock the filters and they would not order them but that I had to do it from the manufacturer, so that part of the service would not happen.  He suggested that instead of a filter replacement we should buy from them a new RO for $600.00 (the old one was only 10 years).  The plumber went on to remove the outside faucet (brass) and replace it with another non brass and longer unit, which because it was accessed under the sink and was too long forced the removal of the RO holding tank to an inconvenient location under the sink, causing the loss of storage space.  He charged $195.00 basically to replace an outside water faucet accessed from under our sink, easy. The new faucet leaked and the plumber was called back to correct that problem which he did do.  Previously, in 2014, the same plumber, not the boss/owner, had installed a hot water heater, which works well and a new water softener (he claimed the old unit did not pay to repair and should be replaced - sounds familiar).  After a short time we realized that the settings he had made for the water softener were wrong since we were going through a 40lb bag of salt in a week plus, so we called the manufacturer who told us the setting were as wrong as they could be and talked us through resetting the softener which has worked well since.  Next time, different plumber.
