Wholesale Shower Doors
Recent Review: Wholesale Shower Doors came out to our house to measure for a sliding shower door.  He talked to us about all of the options and we eventually decided on a sliding unit with a satin finish and an Enduro Shield finish to repel water. While there were problems with the manufacturer sending the wrong door, etc, Wholesale Shower Door was very good about keeping us informed.  He installed the shower door one afternoon and even came out again tosee what could be done about water intruding underneath the shower door and between the two doors. I would highly recommend Wholesale Shower Doors.

Re-Bath
Recent Review: Earl from Re-Bath did my job, he was very professional and concerned that I was happy with the quality of his work. He tore out my old shower and got rid of a little mold I had, fixed leaks, so that the drywall was clean and dry before putting up the new shower stall walls, all new hardware, and shower doors. This was a one man job, Earl did all the work alone and is very good at what he does. Earl installed a new wood vanity and new countertop, sinks, and all new hardware/faucets. He also removed my old (glued to the wall) bathroom mirror and put up two new mirrors I had purchased. A new toilet was also installed. Earl put in more time on Saturday to finish the job then came back the next week to fix one of the mirrors that was not even. The whole job took about 3 days. I am very happy with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to have Re-Bath do more work for me on my other bathroom, and I probably will.

Recent Review: He was very courteous. He cleaned up each evening before he finished for the day. He put everything in place. I was very pleased with him. I am very happy how everything turned out. I did not choose them because of the cost. I really felt that the other guy would do an excellent job also. I just felt like everything they said and the way they showed themselves was just very professional. I would use them in the future.

Recent Review: I decided with somebody not on Angie’s List. October 2nd was the date they did the proposal, but I called them in September. In fact, I did not think I was going to hear back from them. They were a little late. I really liked the friendliness, and I thought that everything about them was good. I think that they would have done an excellent job of all of them. I would possibly use them in the future.

Ace Perma-Glaze
Recent Review: They changed the color from white to Beach Sand. They also furnished an optional no-slip surface that solved one of the main problems for doing the job. The entire process took about 5.5 hours. They do not do the finish caulking as you need to wait 24 hours to do so. You will need to find a handyman to do this. I did the caulking myself. Entire job looks great! Would definitely recommend ACE Perma-Glaze.

Recent Review: We had quoted Northridge for a much bigger project, but decided to start much smaller.  Northridge was always prompt and professional, communication was excellent, and more importantly their work was excellent.  I would highly recommend Northridge and won't hesitate to contact them should I need their services in the future.

Amenity Construction
Recent Review: The projects were done on time and at a reasonable price for the work. The shower door had to be custom fit for our shower and when they found that one piece had a deep scratch in a place that would be visible, he called the distributer and arranged for a replacement part to be sent and will replace that piece at no cost to us. They are very friendly and professional and I would recommend them.

Recent Review: The first time I met Adam was when I needed my kitchen back splash tiled. I got his name from Sierra Tile where I purchased the deco tile. I had a specific design that I created and I wanted to be sure it came out exactly as planned. It turned out just perfect and I was so pleased I decided that when I was ready to do the bathrooms I would call him for a quote. Later that year I called and asked him for an estimate on the guest bath. Although he was not the cheapest I knew that the job would be done correctly which was more important than saving a buck and not being happy with the results. I liked the idea that he was the installer, not some 'crew' sent by someone else. The shower turned out beautiful and I then I wanted the master bath completed. I had to wait (finances), but as soon as I could I called Adam again and had him tear out the shower. He built a pony wall and a bench and then tiled it all over, 9 ft. high to the ceiling. It is just stunning and it looks like a shower out of a decorators book. We used Hansgrohe fixtures, which are sleek and modern. I am thinking now that I may want to tear up my carpeting and have him tile the bedroom floors with the new plank style tiles. We'll see. One thing I know for sure I won't be disappointed when the job is done. Neither will you if you hire Dream Big Tile!

Recent Review: He was awful. He said it would be a two week job and it took about six. One of his sub contractors, the people who did the cultured granite, did a horrible job. They was really rude. It was really messy. Their caulking job was terrible, which meant that all the trims needed to be painted and he said, "Oh, I thought you would have your painter come back." I said, "I would have been willing to have the painter come back had you got the job done on time. But, the painter has been gone for a month. So, I expect you to touch this up."  He never did it. He was horrible. The shower door leaked. He gave me no input into what shower door. The one that he got wasn't even quite what I wanted. Then it leaked. He eventually came back and worked on it but I have no confidence that it has got any useful life. My experience was horrible. They were average on pricing.

DRe-Bath
I'm not one to review companies just for their estimate but my experience with Rebath was so ridiculous that I need to share. First, they are up front about having any adult with decision-making power or opinion home during the estimate. As they offer late and weekend appointments, this was fine. My estimate included replacing windows in the corner shower and I was quickly told that Rebath doesn't do windows but that they could just "cover up" the existing windows from the inside. That should have been my cue to stop the estimate right there. The estimator did some measurements, asked some questions, went outside to call his boss with questions and repeated this cycle about 3 times. Finally the estimator was ready and asked me and my wife to sit down to listen to his "estimate" -- he was perturbed that she couldn't sit down as we have 2 small children to look after. The "estimate" started with a video on his tablet of the current shower with his voice over about the horrible state it was in and how it needed "immediate repair" -- I felt like telling him to shut up as I shower in there daily and know well its current state (which was not great but passable). Then his slideshow started that included all Rebath's work in various hotels (with their logos prominently posted), their features on TV shows (how many pics of Matt Lauer can one put in one presentation), how they are both a national and local company (amazing!), and finally started pulling out fixture and siding samples. No sketch of how the shower will look (it's not a standard space but a 6ft x 6ft corner space that had a corner bath in it), no mention of if he was estimating for a bath/shower or just a walk in shower, NOTHING! Then the price was almost twice the other estimates. He started finding ways to lower the price until two hours after he arrived, I had to ask him to leave as we had somewhere to be. He said he'd email me the rest in the coming week, which he didn't (though frankly I would have put it in my spam folder). The whole thing appears like a trick to get our grandmother's to pick them with their smoke and mirrors presentation -- I can just hear my grandmother saying: "they were on the Today Show so they must be good."

John was on time and on budget. He in talked the glass enclosure and door in under 3 hours. He flexed to a delay from the tile guys. Fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Bill was excellent... very responsive and helpful in the design. For example, we were interested in a sliding shower door with no track. He went out on his own and located one and advocated for its installation with the company which felt it wouldn't work in the space. It actually works beautifully and we're very happy with it. We also needed a brushed nickle inset toliet paper dispenser... he researched it on the Internet and purchased it for us. He was also very timely arriving for work each morning when as scheduled. He communicated clearly and appropriately. He was neat, clean and respectful of our space. Overall, an excellent experience. He even gave us an Entertainment book!
