Recent Review: Salesman/designer in showroom office was sensitive to my budget. All upgrades were suggested by me. Salesman/designer and I met three times over a couple weeks and also used email, to finalize plans. Landscape design installation was scheduled to begin within one week of signing contract, however it was delayed for three weeks due to my business travel schedule. Once work began, the workmen were prompt, efficient and professional. My yard had to be accessed through the 'common area' in my development. The workmen left it in great condition -- No complaints received from the Homeowners Association! Following the completion of the job, the landscape supervisor met with me at my home to review the work, answer my questions, and review a booklet the company provided me with everything related to the job as well as maintenance instructions. I also received a thank you email with survey attached from the company office manager, and a thank you email from the construction manager which contained contact information if I have any problems or concerns over the next 12 months.
