Recent Review: ARMER staff who serviced our call was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & customer service friendly. One oft he filters that came with the system was defective and the water flow restriction not operational with water going to drain instead of tank. Adam tested water & found out we have been drinking tap water quality, he did trouble shooting on the system, isolated filter, talked to RO manufacturer & isolated Mfg defect & repaired the water flow. Now the tank is filling, pressure is good & drinking water quality is good. The tub was replaced by another plummer a couple of years ago. In the process, the plastic tubing where the plug goes was damaged & plug was poorly held in place with potty - water was draining underneath the tub rather than through the damaged drain tubing. Adam diagnosed & fixed the problem to our satisfaction.
