Recent Review: Installation of faucet and garbage disposal were professionally installed. Everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. He made sure we had no leaks and that everything worked before leaving.

Recent Review: Come to find out, the leak was coming from the faucet, so Kenny and his son, Matt, quickly removed old faucet and installed new   one within an hour.  They ran into issues along the way that they solved exponentially, to my delight. I was elated to find people that are honest and truthful and have the client's  best interest at heart.  Needless to say,  I was grateful to meet such good people. Integrity and Quality are the words that come to mind when I think of Kenny's Plumbing.  I will look to this team in the future. I payed $65.00 up front (for service call) to Angie's list and the remaining balance of $46.00 (that included parts) was payed on site, after the job for a total of $111.00 in all.  This was an amazing price for the work completed.  Couldn't be happier! I recommend Kenny's Plumbing to everyone.

Recent Review: There was something wrong with the faucet at the main entrance to the house. We didn't have water for something like 20 hours. The repair was fine. Everything went alright although it was on a weekend. The customer service was fine. My husband handled all that because it was outside. Because I hadn't had any water for many hours, I wasn't in a very happy frame of mind. Things went fine. It was a weekend and it had to be done so I would think the price was pretty fair.

Johnny finally came out himself and told us the old faucets could no longer be repaired. He asked me to select a new faucet and he would put it in. He said he would have to cut out 6 tiles to do the job. He used my brand new tarpaulin to put down to walk on and contain the mess (he ruined that - but it was a cheap tarp). He cut out 15 tiles and finished the job, saying he doesn't do tile work, so I would need to find someone else to finish the job! The faucet works and I eventually got the tile work finished. I won't hire him again.

Before the plumber, not the boss/owner, came we advised the office (very pleasant lady) of the make and model of the RO system that they had confirmed they were authorized to repair and they said that the plumber would come with the necessary filters and parts.  The plumber announced when he arrived that they do not stock the filters and they would not order them but that I had to do it from the manufacturer, so that part of the service would not happen.  He suggested that instead of a filter replacement we should buy from them a new RO for $600.00 (the old one was only 10 years).  The plumber went on to remove the outside faucet (brass) and replace it with another non brass and longer unit, which because it was accessed under the sink and was too long forced the removal of the RO holding tank to an inconvenient location under the sink, causing the loss of storage space.  He charged $195.00 basically to replace an outside water faucet accessed from under our sink, easy. The new faucet leaked and the plumber was called back to correct that problem which he did do.  Previously, in 2014, the same plumber, not the boss/owner, had installed a hot water heater, which works well and a new water softener (he claimed the old unit did not pay to repair and should be replaced - sounds familiar).  After a short time we realized that the settings he had made for the water softener were wrong since we were going through a 40lb bag of salt in a week plus, so we called the manufacturer who told us the setting were as wrong as they could be and talked us through resetting the softener which has worked well since.  Next time, different plumber.
