In 2010, on a very cold and rainy weekend in March, we were up here from the valley, and immediately knew we had some sort of electronic troubles with our spa. Nick, the son, made some very intelligent inquiries, and felt he knew the root of the problem. He immediately set up one of their techs to come out that very weekend, and determined it was the mother board, and was able to have the part with him and fixed it, even in the rain (our decking is covered but he still had to do some work from outside the railing). We couldn't have been more greatful! We were sure glad it was still under warranty, too. Needless to say, last summer, 2012, after having the unit for 6 years, another very frustrating problem occurred, where no matter how hard we tried, we could not keep the water clear. We did everything they recommended to replace and we always used all their line of chemicals, which by the way, are very trustworthy and reasonable. So the next step was a new Ozonator, which happened to be on sale at that time. Nick to the rescue again! He went so far as to take off the front of one of their floor models so he could explain how to take out the old one and apply the new more powerful and longer lasting Ozonator. My husband was able to understand everything Nick told him, and had it fixed in one afternoon! Voila! Our water is now crystal clear and we aren't using half the chemicals! And we saved a service call! But Nick had even went so far as to give us his direct line, in case we hit any snags. The whole family and staff are always ready to bend over backwards to make sure we are informed and satisfied. Kudos to a Family run business right here in our wonderful Prescott Valley!!! They even and quot;refilland quot; some of their chemical containers, as a savings to us, and the environment! Cannot say enough about this Great Company!
