Excellent experience, start to finish. The person who took my call (Sarah) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The washing machine is 17 years old. I knew what part was broken after extensive research on the Internet. She looked it up, cross referenced it and indicated the part would be on their service truck. She helped with an estimated cost of part/labor -- just a great help. The service person (Johnny) arrived exactly when indicated. He confirmed the issue with the part, but indicated the problem could be fixed without replacing the part. Now THAT piece of know-how was nowhere on the Internet. He acknowledged the fix won't last forever...but for a 17-year-old washing machine...it doesn't have to. He did the fix. And the machine works! He could have easily just put in a new part and charged more than 2x the service call. Moreover, this was at my mom's house, and I wasn't there. She wouldn't have known. I wouldn't have known. Johnny did the right thing by everyone. That just doesn't happen anymore. E&J is now our entire family's go-to appliance repair. My mom has their number. I have their number. Our daughter has their number. The only question now...do you guys fix cars?
